Sarke Georgian Kitchen Wine & Grill — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Yesterday , 7 June 2025 , this happened with me, bad restaurant in treating in respect with his customers, made me decide not to visit Tbilisi anymore, worst travel experience I have ever seen and after second visit for me to Tbilisi this year , I don’t want to go again because of this very very bad situation, they took 45 minutes to prepare the food , then they described for me a meal in wrong way, I requested to be as steak and not related to steak by Anyway, when I went inside the restaurant to talk to the supervisor( elder lady) and it’s like evil really, this is wrong order and please replace it, she closed the restaurant door and threatened me to pay the bill by force and I asked here to call the police and started already to call police and I don’t want any problems especially I am a visitor not a local citizen and I paid under what she did and all customers outside they are looking what’s happening inside!!!!, and it’s my mistake that not insisted to call the police. All this happened last night of my visit and my flight second day morning and they already knew this well because they took 45 minutes to prepare the order and I told them I have flight early morning, please be quick. Even I eat very little because I am so Hungary and left the rest, gave it to some homeless person. Young waiters are very nice especially girls but this old lady isn’t human by anyway and all of them afraid from here. I went to the restaurant honestly based on the google reviews but I think...

I had the most incredible experience at Sarke Georgian Kitchen Wine & Grill! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and absolutely top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The shisha was hands down the best I’ve ever tried— I chose watermelon, melon, and mango, and it was an absolute dream. Smooth, flavorful, and expertly prepared!

The music was just perfect, creating an amazing atmosphere that made the evening even more enjoyable.

And the food—wow! Every dish I tried was outstanding. The pumpkin sweet salad was a delightful mix of flavors, the Ajaruli Khachapuri was rich, cheesy, and perfectly baked, and the mushrooms with cheese were simply divine!

This is my first time in Georgia, and I’m beyond impressed. Sarke truly delivers an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

I got warm food around midnight, that’s great. The waiter was superb, attentive, friendly and spoke excellent English.

Food: Chicken soup chikirtma was pretty good, nice that it’s served with cubes of dried bread Shkmaruli was way too oily Cold starters - eggplant with walnuts, grilled paprika and spinach with walnuts all had a strange taste to them like they were in the fridge for too long

There was some lady in the restaurant who offered guests to play a song you could choose from gipsy music and some European options. No one agreed after asking the second time and still got denied she played a French song and sang for a group of French men for free, as a gift. It was very loud and her voice really not that pleasant to listen to.
