Wok House — Restaurant in Tbilisi

To be fair it was one of my favorite spot here in Tbilisi. Portion size is large, the dishes are tasty. But one day you can simple face the kitchen having their bad mood or whatever, and got something completely burned in your dish. That’s what happened to me. And the only reaction you can get from the staff is literally pretending the things are okay. No even verbal excuse. But don’t doubt they charge you full price + service fee regardless of the dish quality they serve. To sum up: most of the time you won’t face any issue with your order here. DO NOT ORDER HERE, IT IS LIFE THREATENING! I ordered here three times using Wolt: once, it was delicious and I liked it. Second time, they messed up my order and put onion everywhere despite me asking not to do it, I just had to throw out the food. Third time, I gave them another chance and they sent me a wrong order, chicken in rice instead of shrimp. On top of that, the rice had SHARP AND THICK PLASTIC INSIDE, PEOPLE CAN...

Came here on Monday evening. Made an order for take away. Paid the bill. Then I’ve asked how long should I wait for. Cashier went to the kitchen and surprised me that none of my ordered dishes can be cooked. No noodles, no Pad Thai, no fried rice with shrimps. I had to take my money back and go away.

“Wok” on the label doesn’t confuse the personnel. I’ll think twice before...
