Ristorante Roma — Restaurant in Baden-Baden

I do not recommend it and here's why: Today, walking along the main gastronomic street of Baden-Baden, my child wanted a pizza with four cheeses and French fries. We went to order at the ROMA cafe, the young lady immediately said no to French fries in a non-welcoming and polite manner, but for the pizza she seemed to understand what was needed and added a bottle of apple juice.

The pizza was brought in 12-15 minutes, the wrong one... I asked to redo it with 4 cheeses so I ordered exactly that... to which I received a categorical refusal, an offer to pay for this pizza and a threat to call the police! 😂 I paid for the pizza and juice and not because of the police (I said call them without any problem), but because of my child, who told me: okay, I'll try it when I give it. In the end, I also tried it, the cook, who is also the owner, turned out to be not only greedy and unpleasant but also a mediocre cook... Not tasty. We tried it and left it. The good news is the clean toilet and juice in bottles )). The service is crap, I suggest finding a better pizzeria, they are further down the street, which is...

It was fantastic! Very intense menu with plethora of authentic Italian dishes and pizzas. Full bar, cappuccino machine.This beautiful, family owned and operated restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating provides top service! Everything we ordered last night was delicious with generous portions! Must present proof of vaccination upon entry. Highly recommend! We came towards the end of the evening and they still accommodated and seated...

Heute um 15.55Uhr bin ich mit meiner Frau und unserem Sohn zum Pizza essen zur Pizzeria Romana in Baden-Baden. Als Laufkundschaft, also nicht mit diesem Ziel, sondern zufällig dran vorbeigelaufen und kurzfristig entscheiden. Wir wurden gleich von der unfreundlichen Bedienung abgefangen und der schroffen Aussage, dass sie Pause hätten. Ein böser Blick folgte. Auf Nachfrage war die Pause bis 16.00uhr. Wir hätten ja nach der Pause bestellen können. Dann schaute sie auf die Dönerbox, die mein Sohn kurz vorher gekauft hatte und schrie "mit sowas zweimal nicht wir sind ein Restaurant" Ich habe mich sofort rumgedreht und werde nie wieder ein Fuß in diese Pizzeria setzen.

Leute! Ihr seite eine Pizzeria und nicht mal eine sehr gute! Für mich nur ein Imbiss, wo man satt wird, mehr nicht. Ihr müsst nicht so machen, als seit ihr ein 3 Sterne Restaurant seit. Der Koch hat bestimmt schon mehr Jobs gemacht, als ich Hosen besessen habe und jetzt halt Pizza.

Wenn man so die Kundschaft angeht, muss man sich nicht wundern, dass immer Tische frei sind. Wenn man nett ist, verzeihen die Kunden auch eine kulinarische Katastrophe. Zumindest etwas :-).

Gerne gebe ich euch ein Punkt. Da ich mir zuhause was gekocht habe und das war spitze! Und Geld gespart hab...
