Berkis — Restaurant in Berlin

Ordered water, they gave me a Sprite. Ordered an appetiser (spanokopitiropitakia), it came only after I asked about it long after the main course was finished. It was greasy and bland. The main course (lamb souvlaki) was equally mediocre. Food took far longer than it should have to arrive. Waiter barely checked in on me, so I just drank my Sprite anyways, despite the fact that I have no real preference for soda and would have much preferred water. The waiter seemed like a nice guy, albeit a bit impatient with me. I gave him a tip anyways. Hopefully my experience was just a rare occurrence, but unfortunately I cannot really recommend this...

the meat i tried was not bad to be honest, but the experience overall was really bad. i bought the merida paidakia on wolt and as you can see from the picture it should arrive with the rice, but no. both of them arrived with fries that i never asked and wolt customer service told me they tried to contact the restaurant to see what happened but after 3 days it seems they still didn't answer. i'm really disappointed by the restaurant and wolt too because the customer seems have no right for them and even when they make mistakes they don't try to...

I ordered a pork gyros which costs 5 euros and I wanted to pay with card since they have POS machine but they said to me that I cannot pay with card a bill under 10 euros after finishing my dinner and without prior notice. They didn't gave me any receipt either which is tax suspicious. The food was good but overpriced and not so much quantity.

So I don't know the German law on a payment transaction but that is not a good policy and if you want to eat something quick from this place...
