Drinks were nice, service so so. But the worst part was the payment. We only take german cards. Hang on?! Is this a way to ask for the juicy tax less cash all open door businesses love in Germany? Unfortunately I only had "Dutch" cards, Visa, Maestro, Amex, but no, "we don't accept non-German cards" maybe because they realised we were not Germans? In the end we had to go to the other side of the street withdraw cash from a German ATM machine which charged me 6% because I had the audacity of using a non-German card. Not a smooth experience at all. I don't think we are coming back.

They clearly have no idea what they are doing. No knowledge of classic gin drinks, advertised drinks not available, and totally overwhelmed by a few customers. What a disappointment! The female staff member was rude when we asked why the advertised drink of the day was not available. Very little consideration for service. She also tried to charge us for something we did not order.

I have been only once to Botanical Affairs, but I would definitely come back as a Gin lover. The place is super cozy, stylish and has a good selection of drinks. We enjoyed our Basil Smash and Gin&Tonic accompanied by some snacks. The staff was very friendly and attentive as well. The only thing I can complain about is the couch/stand size:) it was a little uncomfortable to sit.

I was there for a Gin Tasting workshop. As it was outside of their regular opening hours, the group had the whole and it was really relaxed. The tasting was fun, and we could freely decide how much to taste out of the laid out selection for the tasting. The tasting happened in 2 rounds - gin round and tonic water round. Each round ended with a drink (gin and tonic) of our choice. There was also vegan and vegetarian finger food, which was delicious. The staff hosting the workshop was very friendly. We really enjoyed the evening and would absolutely...

Hidden a short walk away from Alexanderplatz, this cozy sophisticated haven of mixology offers delicious concoctions. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very warm. It feels like you're having drinks in a friend's lounge. It's a great place for a romantic date or to escape the beer guzzling loud tourists that have infected most of Berlin's drinking establishments.

Prices are quite decent for a cocktail bar and they have an amazing selection of gin that will satisfy...
