Absolutely the Best Burger Experience in Town!

The staff at Burgermeister Eberswalder str. are friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. They work with a smile, handle orders quickly, and make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great team!

Hands-down one of the best burger joints I've ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of grilled perfection hits you, and you know you're in for something special. The menu is creative yet straightforward — focusing on quality ingredients and bold flavors.

I ordered the Fleischermeister with double cheese and added crispy fried onions , and it was phenomenal. The patty was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The bun was fresh, soft yet sturdy, and perfect tosted. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying.

What really stood out was the attention to detail from the freshness of the toppings to the crispiness of the fries (seasoned to perfection) and the quick, friendly service. The atmosphere was laid-back and cool, perfect for grabbing a casual bite with friends.

The burgers here are good. I’ve been a loyal fan and have visited the Eberswalder Str. location multiple times.

But for the price they charge, the service and overall experience are seriously lacking.

First, the loyalty program is poorly managed. Staff told me to text customer service to get points since there’s no scanner at this location. I followed the instructions, sent receipts multiple times, and was told points would be added. Then I was suddenly informed that this location isn’t even part of the program — despite the fact that the new loyalty system is clearly advertised on their receipts. That’s misleading and frustrating.

Second, there’s a lack of basic hygiene and customer facilities. There’s no toilet, no hand sanitizer, no wipes — nothing. If you want clean hands while eating your burgers, you’ll have to bring your own.

The burgers are well. But for the price, you’d expect better service, transparency, and basic facilities. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Update: The team reached out to me. They apologized, explained that the staff hadn’t been properly informed about the new loyalty system, and manually added my missing points. I appreciate that they took the time to fix...

Best burger I've ever had in my life, not just in Berlin, but anywhere in the world.

The meat is always cooked to perfection, the vegetables are always fresh and to top it all off the buns they use for every burger are buttered brioche buns. Literally the perfect burger in my opinion.

Even though the ingredients used and the preparation are top of the line, somehow they still manage to keep the prices very affordable, especially compared to other burger restaurants like Five Guys. A burger with a portion of fries are going to be under €10 (except for if you get the "Meister Aller Klassen" Burger, which with a portion of fries will be around €12.50 (still worth it though, as this burger has 2 patties)).

The restaurant never disappoints, no matter which location you go to, always being very consistent, with food that tastes amazing, employees who are always very polite and a speedy service.

Can't recommend enough.
