Horrible work ethics and bad treatment of employees!
While working for DALUMA as an intern, I witnessed them trying to not pay a freelancer they hired after he had finished the whole project and there was constantly a huge turnover in their kitchen staff because of poor organization and lack of care about long-term employee satisfaction.
Several times over the past two years, they reached out for my help as a freelancer, consistently wasting my time by leading me astray as to the work needed in the hopes of getting me to agree to work for ridiculously low sums of money.
Last year, I finally agreed to work with them, designing some pages for their e-commerce site. They lied to me, telling me that I only had a week to finish the project because they were on a tight deadline in order to get more results for less pay.
Upon finishing the project, they cut contact without paying me for my work. I also found out that they didn't actually need my designs so soon, as they didn't implement any changes for the following 6 months. I repeatedly tried contacting them, and they would ignore my calls and emails. Once they noticed I had removed viewing access to my design files, they suddenly remembered to reach out and asked to gain access, ignoring my past 20 messages.
Until this day, they are not returning my calls or messages and have still not paid me 1/3 of what they owe me, despite having received my work.

Read moreI wish there was a no star option. I came here yesterday and had a Dr. Feel Good smoothie, but all I got was a racist experience. The place was sort of understaffed and I could understand that the person doing service was maybe having a long day. Therefore, I did not complain that my smoothie was not smooth at all, and still had huge lumps of frozen acai pieces inside it.
What was unacceptable is this: The person doing service came in with a box of risa fried chicken and placed it on the counter. I did not think much of it and was just minding my own business, when they suddenly approach me and ask me if I want to have their leftover fried chicken, me bieng the only black person in the whole cafe... the person doing service did not ask anybody else. I somehow couldn't believe that this was happening and mumbled that I did not eat meat. They then went away. I felt so uncomfortable and just left. Read moreI have ordered two juice cleanses through classpass. I think the products are great and the cleanse works so well for me. Juices taste nice and just overall great quality on everything. I have to say that 2/2 times some of the juice types that the original cleanse is based on where out of stock. So I have never received a juice cleanse the way it was supposed to be. HOWEVER, they have amazing customer service. Both times I have dealt with Irem, who has written to me both times to find a solution and a subsitute juice and hten send me the updated routine i am to follow. Maybe there are some supply chain issues to be solved, but overall great quality (yea all natural products are a bit expensive) and with the attention to customer experience they have you feel like it is worth spending the money.
