Fontana di Trevi — Restaurant in Berlin

This place is totally and absolutely overrated. There's no way you can call this "fine dinning". I ordered a 40€ plate, that was supposed to be a grill plate and honestly this could have been easily 4€ tops, at Lidl or Aldi. I have never seen anything so dry as what they served me. Unbelievable! The only thing half edible was the Broccoli and the potatoes... The restroom... You can see the video. I wouldn't be surprised if they paid Google to delete this review. BTW, I forgot to mention that my friend ordered his pasta without champignons due to allergies, and they didn't even cared... They served him a ton of champignons, even though he asked properly... They took the plate away and brought it back without the big chunks, but it was the same plate!!! They could have killed him hadn't he taken a deeper look into his plate. I just wouldn't even consider...

Om November 25th 2022 my wife and I visited the Fontana Di Trevi restaurant. We had okay starters with Crema di Funghi and Buschetta. For the main courts we had pizza Antica and pizza Diavolo.

Unfortunately, there were small black insects crawling on the Antica one. We immediately made the waiter aware, but his only comment was: “ah – these are from the rocket/roquette salad” – like it was all normal.

My wife was feeling sick at this point after sharing 1/4 of a pizza with insects and now know the leaf were not rinsed before they were served! So, we asked him to remove the 3/4 pizza from us and quickly ate my Diavolo and we asked for the check.

To our big surprise we were charged €13,50 for the uneatable pizza! We just paid and left as my wife needed fresh air!

We will never ever come back...

Customer satisfaction is at an all time LOW, well I have never seen it in all my years I brought Brenda and the childer to what seemed to be a lovely Italian when it turned to the meal of hell firstly the waiter and waitress seemed to think they were above there job in helping and serving us we waited over 10 minutes to be served our menus alone, DISGRACFUL!! The drink prices are disgusting and we were charged 5.50 for a bottle of water when we realised the bottle was open which is huge proof the water is tap water and there extorting there customers, I come back to Berlin next summer as I do every year and really hope to see this establishment closed and replaced with any sort of place which can serve nice food, thank you...
