Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Berlin

01/11/2023: On the 27/09 I ordered via kfc.de to gain time before I come pick it up. I tried to pay using Apple Pay, however the website states that an error occurred and that I should try again. I try again and same thing happen. When I look through my Apple Pay wallet I see two approved transactions from kfc but in my kfc.de account no order went through and I have no confirmation email. I still have the error message. So I thought the payments were approved but will be then rejected as no order was confirmed. I was wrong. A couple of days later I see 2 transactions from kfc Checkpoint Charlie. I contact directly the support on the website as the restaurant said they couldn’t do anything as it was through the platform. I added all the proof from bank statements to screenshots from the platform. They replied to my email a month ago that they will get back to me but after a month nothing. I sent several other emails requesting a status update but nothing. I want my 50€ (2 x 24,98€) back. I advice not to pay via Apple Pay on kfc.de, they waste your time and money.

As mentioned in my original review, I already contacted your customer service with all the documents and never heard back from them after a first email stating they will look into it even after several follow up emails. One of the rudest, most racist and scummy fast food locations I have ever been too. During a visit to Checkpoint Charlie with a group of friends, we decided to stop by the KFC for some food, me and my friends were from the country of Cyprus and the cashier realized that we were speaking Greek. Him being Turkish, He then started to mock us by calling us names and pretending to not understand what we were saying while he was laughing. After we received our food we were shocked by the portion of it, we got some sort of chicken nuggets/strips and payed 5 euros for the 3 tiny pieces of food that are in the picture attached below. Kid you not, that was the portion severed (+ small fries). In our visit their we were subjected to racism by the cashier due to us being from a country he doesn't like, we were scammed in terms of portions and the restaurant itself was not clean at all (most of the tables still had food on them from...

We are tourists visiting Berlin, so we asked more details about the different types of chicken, as it is different from our home country’s KFC. But the service manager in Checkpoint Charlie KFC branch, Yvonne showed a very impatient attitude with us. Furthermore, when we asked about what kind of drinks they serve, she just expected us to read but we stood in front of cashier and couldn’t read as the words were too small for us and too far, and she still showed an unhappy and impatient face.

We all know that different countries have different KFC menus, so is it really that hard to explain, while there was no one in the queue after us?? If she were to travel to another country, is she ok being treated with this kind of attitude too?
