The staff here were incredibly rude, impatient, and arrogant. First of all, they informed us rudely that we aren’t allowed to stay until the new year countdown even when we had no intention to. Since we are vegetarians, we had to make sure that there aren’t any allergens; to this they responded rudely that everything is in the menu and we should read off the menu, even when we did not understand what’s on the menu and allergens were not clearly specified. As someone who’s working in the service line, shouldn’t understanding and providing food that is suitable to customers your job?!? We tried to make do with the menu and understand it roughly by ourselves but obviously it takes time, but the waitress snapped at us. When confronted about their attitude, the waitress snapped yet again, obviously thinking that there is nothing wrong with the way she is talking to customers. Furthermore, when my dad asked to communicate with the owner of the restaurant, the waitress said “why are you calling me the boss I’m not the boss if you want anything just go and find him”when all we did was ask her to bring the boss over as it was impossible to communicate with her with her attitude and EQ. After making it clear that we will not be talking to her anymore, she went to the back and was showing a thunderous face, complaining about us in a loud voice.
Extremely rude attitude and service. Definitely do...
Read moreHorribly bland, mediocre and non-authentic food (the waitress insisted their Szechuan noodles shouldn't be spicy despite their advertising them with two chili symbols as such), but worst of all, abysmal service. The three people running it had an explosion, screaming at us because we were shown the wrong computer screen's total to pay, showing someone else's three-euro-cheaper order (cash only, no cards accepted despite the tourist location, probably to avoid taxes) and they chased after us after we had already left, taking photos and threatening to call the police (for what?), even though we had already paid immediately once we were showed the correct total. No surprise there are so many complaints here about the rude waitress. Don't be fooled as I was into thinking the Chinese letters on the sign indicated anything legitimate (unless the service is as rude in China, in which case that is the extent of the authenticity). Unless you want to learn new swear words shouted at you in Mandarin (which, it must be said, is hilarious) AVOID this ripoff and go to Peking Ente, or, better, Liu's Nudelhaus nearby, if you must eat in one of the most touristy areas in the entire country.
Update:
Photo added of this poor excuse for a restaurant (note all the negative reviews from Chinese customers) to boost...
Read moreThe reason I gave this restaurant a one star is that google doesn't allow giving zero star or a negative. It is very unfortunate that people in Berlin have to eat this kind of bland tasteless, mediocre and non-authentic Chinese food.
In addition, the manager/waitress is the rudest person that I have ever seen in my life. Our group had lunch together at this place. She forced each of us to pay separately when we placed the order, not after we finish the lunch. She wanted to charge people money for using the faucet water. She wanted to charge people money for using napkin, 1 euro for every 10 pieces of napkin. In the end, when we were about to leave, she said out loud that she didn't want to do our business. She's losing money on our table because we ordered mostly noodles. Come on, what's the name of your place? Noodle plus! Why would people go to your place? What do you expect people to order from a noodle house? Steak?
It's a miracle that this...
