Read moreTHIS IS THE STORY OF HOW I FOUND THIS EXCELLENT INDIAN RESTAURANT. I arrived in the Berlin Hauptbanhof train station in the late afternoon on Wednesday 26/09/2018 after a long travel from Bamberg. The moment I arrived in Berlin, I missed the last train from Berlin to my destination Poznan in Poland. I found out that the only way I could get to Poznan was to travel in a rail replacement bus departing at 11.30pm and I had to wait for 5 hours. I decided to take a walk in the surrounding areas of the Brandenberg Gate. While walking around, I felt hungry and wanted to eat. So I continued to walk and suddenly I found this Indian restaurant and I decided to eat in there.
I ate a nice bowl of rice with lamb curry. This rice and lamb curry dish is delicious. I drank 2 bottles of German beer as well. The restaurant server, Mr Gill, served me at the table with an excellent service. I liked the food and the restaurant service so much that I decided to take a photo of myself and Mr Gill and you can see this photo in the review. I WILL EAT IN THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN THE NEXT TIME I COME...

But in any case the curry and chana masala were so tasteless that most of the food ended up half eaten.
In my experience the waiters more than make up for the quality of the food but in this case they were totally indifferent. This must rank as one of the least friendly...
