The WORST ‚restaurant’ experience i had in my entire life!!! I am still digesting this treatment (instead of the food). As we arrived we saw an almost empty running sushi offer. We asked if it is over or if we are too late, the waiter told us we have 90 minutes left and they will fill up the sushi. So we sat down. 3 other couples were also sitting at this running sushi, waiting for more than cold pasta. So we started with that old, cold pasta because there were noting else. Then we asked when they will fill up the sushi. They asked what we wanna have, i explained we choose this kind of offer because we dont know what we want, we want to try different things. Thats why you choose this running sushi. He became rude and brought us 3 different kind of sushis, while the other couple were looking at us with hungry eyes. After we ate this few sushis the 4 waiters were yawning and looking around and at us. We felt scammed. So i let them know we had different expectations. He invented reasons why i am wrong and started to discuss in a rude way and started to lie to us and made other statements than his colleagues from the entrance. As i said we wanna go and only pay one person instead of two he was angry and jelling at us while the other guests were listening. We felt embarrassed and wanted to leave, he took us with his hands and said we have to pay it, i told him that we will not pay both. The whole team came and were jelling at us and blocked the exit. I was telling them to let us go and take the 20€ we were offering. They grabbed it out of my hand and pushed us out. I am still not sure if we should have called the police! I can definitely give a warning to go there! I am sorry that i cannot say anything good. I wish here is the option to give 0 stars because thats what they should...

I work in the area around, and that has been around 5 months, that I come regularly (at least once every week).
Until yesterday, the service has always been okay. Not a smile everytime or sometimes the food was cold, or not what I ordered, but I liked the place in itself and the people knew me.
But so, yesterday I decided to eat with some colleagues that never ate there to show them this place that I like, and we sat outside. They bring us the menu first with the normal "business lunch" card, and we start to look at them. But then 2 minutes later, the guy that brought us the cards and didn't even say hello, take the menu while we were looking at them and give us other menus wrapped in a leather case (that was the normal menu without the "business lunch" discounts).
We still chose, waited for 30 minutes to get our food and drinks, but then no miso soup, and no green tea.
It was still good, but then when one of my colleague decided to pay first, he had to pay the evening prices.
I then asked the waitress why did she make us pay this much first, and why did we have no miso soup and green tea, and she thought because she didn't recognize me, that we were tourists and we were ready to be scammed.
She refused to refund my colleague, but fortunately she made us pay the "normal" price
According to her, this offer is only available to the people that work in the area, even tho it is said nowhere, and it is completely arbitrairy.
I refuse to support this kind of scam and this kind of service. Being treated as a tourist in this restaurant was a horrible experience.
If you are a tourist or even a regular and wanna have a good meal, don't go there.

Super Qualität, top Produkte und sehr nette Mitarbeiter /Chef. Es wurde sogar nach Wünschen gefragt, natürlich im Rahmen des Budgets von 18.90€,fand ich super, so haben wir noch ein paar Nudeln und ein paar überbackene Bananen bekommen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, und werden bei der nächsten Berlin Reise sicherlich wiederkommen. Wir können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen, hier macht man nichts falsch.

I don't like it when people only wrote half-truths in a review.
We were sitting directly across from her, and noticed that the boss had asked her if her food was coming [ i.e. if the condition had already told her something] to which she replied yes. Thus the boss thought it was on the way. Here she could have simply said, I do not know it I wait still.
Moreover, the boss politely apologized several times, gave her a beer for free and she didn't have to pay for the food either.
The other people who were there with her must have liked it, the plates were stacked very high with the others, so it can't have been that bad for everyone.
But who evaluates negatively should also tell everything about it.
And as the boss already said, the dish was very special by itself, here was also nothing bad, the salad was fresh, the glas noodles just softer as you know it, have seen it myself, she sat right next to me, but probably it just had not tasted what is not the fault...
