I ordered Vitello Tonnato as an appetizer. The quality of the fish was outstanding. I'm not sure if it's an Italian tradition, but the fact that they served it with bread was perfect considering the culture I come from.
For the main course, I had Tagliatelle File, and I highly recommend it. Given how particular I am about the taste of meat, I can confidently say it was excellent.
The night I visited, the restaurant was quite busy, but it wasn't overly noisy. My impression is that the crowd might be a sign of its quality.

There are so many other better Italian restaurants nearby, I'd give this one a pass.
It took the kitchen 90 minutes to serve a table of 6 with the restaurant half full. The food was very mediocre, pasta tasted over-cooked and bolognese sauce was only so-so.
The staff was extremely rude. They made a point of avoiding eye contact all through the service. They avoided us when we tried to order more drinks. They avoided us when we tried to inquire about the state of our food. They even avoided us when we were trying to pay and leave.
