Wiener Feinbäcker Heberer — Restaurant in Berlin

I personally prefer this chained bakery brand here in Berlin over the others , for the fact the atmosphere for sit and have coffee, I was very close ,not to visit this place after reading such bad reviews, But realized that many people do not have the culture understanding of working staff I have visited this place many time morning and evening and had absolutely different experiences, Morning the staff is fast and bit loud due to fact there are back to back customers, But the advantage is you have much better variety for cake and Küchen, There are many Turkish staff and they talk to each other on higher voice ( hence the review by that many they are shouting) I like the coffee and many options sandwiches , On less star for midday noting left to choose or eat :( Will...

Called in to grab something for breakfast as we'd missed breakfast at our hotel next door. I did read the reviews before and had a second option planned if it didn't seem great. Staff were very helpful and polite, patient while we were deciding what to pick. Lots of cakes, rolls and pastires available, all vegetarian options clearly labelled which was great for us as a vegetarian family. We had a cherry cake, croissant, filled roll and soft drink, we all enjoyed everything we had, very tasty. Very reasonable prices, will call in again before leaving. Just stopping through here and was in need of a restroom. I came and browsed at some items. Asking some questions and then also seeing if they had a restroom. The counter person looked at me and spoke with a condescending tone like I was only here to use the restroom and proceeded to give a lot of attitude. Unfriendly, unprofessional, don't give this place any business. This happened 3/9/2025 at about 5pm, the service person was a total arrogant prick, after reading some of the other reviews from people I wonder if being a jerk is a requirement...
