We told the staff at the entrance that we wanted to sit at the bar and have a beer. The waiter directed us to the section on the right. We sat down and ordered a beer, which the waiter brought to our table. However, just two minutes later, the waiter told us, “You can’t sit here unless you’re ordering food.” Even though we explained that another staff member had directed us to that section, he ignored us and walked away. Feeling upset, we decided to leave. While preparing the payment, I put on my coat to save time. At that moment, the waiter shouted at us from the upper floor, saying, “You can’t leave without paying! Where do you think you’re going?” This was despite the fact that my spouse was still sitting at the table, and I was simply putting on my coat.

When he came over, we handed him the money and told him his behavior was rude, but he didn’t seem to care at all. It was a terrible experience. The fact that they thought we would run away without paying €4.80 is genuinely ridiculous. From now on, I don’t care how bad the beer is—I’ll drink it anywhere but never...

Overvalued without any reason at all! The worst food experience we had during our 4-day stay. The waiter was rude and his behaviour totally unacceptable during the whole of our stay, so for that reason I would never tip him..and guess what! when we paid cash, the bill was 45,50€, I gave a 50€ and he never gave back the change!!!! He just took the money and left! The food was OK, quite tasty, but nothing special. The prices are higher than the quality provided. The table was not clean and when I made the terrible mistake to go to the toilet, the smell was unbearable!!! It was totally unacceptable! I felt sorry for the employee who was working down there and had to smell that for so long. It was disgusting! The whole experience in this place was terrible, with mediocre food. The location is the only good thing. The atmosphere was totally unfriendly and the waiters made you want to leave the place. Uncomfortable, dirty, rude. You can spend your time and money in much more interesting places....

If I could, I would give no stars. There is a Frau at the reception who is extremely rude (which is laughable, because whoever works at the reception should welcome the customers and not play the restaurant police authority figure but whatever). We sat at a table (7 people) ready to order and this lady came and kicked us out of the restaurant because 2 of the kids had a box of juice on hand. I said we will eat here, what is the problem? In the end we were forced to go out so that the kids would finish their juice outside. Unfortunately, we then sat again and ordered. I ate the worst Schnitzel of my life. Cold and elastic! Like a sole of a shoe. The price to quality ratio is ridiculous. The rest of the meagre meals they brought was not fresh and cold. Don’t bother you will lose money, time and your dignity going...
