Terrible service. Been on 17.01.2020. Ordered 2 coctails from a lady. After 5 min she asked what did we ordered. After another 10 min the situation repeated. After another 5min we received some mint schnapps as an apology (I guess the guests there go to get drunk and not to enjoy drinks). Coctails finally arrived 1 was ok, but the mojito was undrinkable - leaves and sugar not crushed, no sparkles. Explained the situation to dark beard guy, asked for replacement and it appears they dont have a crusher. Ok, another coctail. Dude is walking back and forth and looks lost. After another 10 min he haven't even started preparing it. 10 more min finished the 1/2 drink and left without that replacement. It is definitely not how the successful bars operate. When the cops showed up they were all buddy-buddy with the managers, chatting in a language that wasn’t German and laughing off the complaint—so much for an unbiased response.
On top of that, the place charges €5 cash at the door, never gives a receipt, and if they suddenly decide you’re “not coming in,” they just keep your money.
Violence, threats, and shady cash grabs? Hard pass. Go...
