Casa de Rosé is an absolute standout – not just at Opernplatz, but in all of Frankfurt. I’ve dined at many places in the city, and this one is in a class of its own.

The ambience is stunning – elegant, stylish, yet incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where every detail feels thoughtfully curated, but never forced. You instantly feel you’re somewhere special.

The service is flawless – attentive without being intrusive, genuinely kind, and always professional. You can tell the team truly cares about creating an experience, not just serving food.

And the food… absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is fresh, vibrant, and deeply flavorful – you can taste the quality and the passion behind it. It’s authentic, yes, but with its own creative signature that makes every bite feel exciting and new.

From start to finish just one of the best newest addition to the frankfurt Gastro scene!! Host & Patron Dennis Rimonti has done it again !! After his huge success with Villa Monte Napoleone, this great Gem opened just 4 month ago in April and already the staff dances Like a well casted show at the opera next door - the food outstanding ! And with a business lunch for under 40€ for 3 course just a steal !! The beef tartar well balanced in acidity and seasoning, with the addition of a little caviar just right with the saltiness!! The chicken well cooked and juicy in the inside crunchy skin on the outside balanced with green asparagus and a rich velvety Jus - the dessert , a roasted watermelon with fresh summer raspberries and fresh churned vanilla ice - bursting with flavours - all in all a amazing experience and great flavours - bravo Dennis for creating this place in the heart of the Opernplatz!!

Little side note - maybe serve the watermelon ice cold after roasting them - will bring out the freshness nicer - but still a great outstanding dish to finish We will be...

It is absolutely untrue that I was “repeatedly asked” not to put my feet up. As a runner currently dealing with a stress fracture—a common and painful injury for runners—I had simply elevated my foot for comfort. Instead of a polite request, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior.

That said, my original review was focused solely on the food and dining experience, independent of that interaction. But given your reply, I feel the need to also highlight how disrespectful the staff were during my visit.

A stress fracture is something any runner can experience, and when I was addressed about my foot, I quietly lowered it, asked for the bill, and left without engaging in any argument. I believe basic empathy and respectful communication should be expected from any service...
