MAIN TERRASSE - Winterterrasse mit Skyline-Blick — Restaurant in Frankfurt

Just yesterday I had a warm wine with my cousin there in the evening. We ordered it at the kiosk at the entrance. We paid 13 euro for two wines. The guy explained to us in german to my cousin and in english to me that we need to pay extra for the rent of the glasses two. And we paid. In the end, he didn’t give us the rent money we paid. Today we went again, but in the other kiosk, and strangely the lady working there gave the money back to my cousin, without him even asking. I went back and confronted the guy at the previous kiosk, and he told me that he remembered me, and that he explained to me that the money we paid were for renting the cups. Of course you remember me, because you kept money from me. Yes, thank you for that genius, but how about giving the money back and not just telling me that I paid for renting the cups and just smiling. That is called lying and stealing. I told him to keep the money anyway, but it left in me such a bad feeling. BEWARE, always...

I had a great steak here. It’s really cool that you have to grill it your self. If you order a steak they serve it on a really hot stone with some butter salt and BBQ sauce. I like my steak as rare as possible so i had to eat very quickly. My friend wanted it medium rare so he had it a little bit easier. After that we had a few tapa’s. We had the dates with bacon and the salmon with cream cheese. The dates were good but the salmon… oh my, they were delicious! After that we had the chorizo with cheese and a few drinks. I would really recommend this place. It’s a great location and the food is really good. Ten out of ten!

Avoid if it's busy. You will wait for everything a long time. You actually have to seat yourself, because that's literally what the staff told me when I asked for a table. The staff was on a mood. Whenever you want to order anything from the waitperson you'll have to do acrobatics to get attention and even if you manage to order, some stuff may never show up (in still waiting for those shots and a proper knife for my steak...) Even getting to pay after asking the check took 30 minutes and having to remind them multiple times. 2 stars because the food was good, but they have to fix their service because as it is, it is a...
