Took the family to Frankfurt to experience the wonderful atmosphere, skyline, and waterfront. Only to have our day almost ended by the awful service from the employee blurred in picture. Ask simply if they had Coconut ice cream twice, only to be ignored while he was eating ice cream in front of us and then decided to point with his fingers rudely to the selection they had. If he was deaf I could understand him not reply and using using hand gestures, however, to redudely not reply for a simple question is just bad service.

I recommend to avoid this place if you are with your loved ones. We left disappointed and will never go there again!

I was on a mission to get my spaghetti ice and I got it, it was perfect (and cheap too) and my whole family enjoyed it.
