Driven by those nice pictures the restaurant posts we reserved a table. All went fine so far. The restaurant however is located under and within an ambulance. We sat outside at the street. It was quite busy at 7pm so it is hard to focus on your company.
The food was ordered. Prices are a little high. Guess that’s Frankfurt. The food arrived. Looked okay. My pinsa was a little oily. Taste: both Pinsas taste the same even though we had one with salami and one with salad. The salad was not washed and clean! The salami was without taste. In general I would say the flavour was not existing. The dough was very thin. If I think of a pinsa, I do picture a thick dough. That was not the case at all. Tomato sauce was without flavour and the dough, too. The only part I could eat with joy was the crust.
Summarising I feel that I do definitely better pizzas with my Ooni oven at home. Definitely I will...

We came early before they started serving hot lunch. But, when we asked, our lovely waitress offered to have the kitchen make a little something for us. With her limited English, and with my limited German (and a little Italian), we ordered a wonderful late morning meal of 2 pizzas, and a beautifully prepared scrambled eggs breakfast with bacon and heavenly toast.
