TRINITII West — Restaurant in Frankfurt

After my first payday I felt jolly and wanted to visit one of the best breakfast places in Frankfurt. On this special occasion I wanted to spoil myself with an exquisite breakfast that makes the water run in my mouth. The first time I visited trinitii was a few months ago. After it was suggested by the most prestigious food critics Germany’s. I usually order the jaw dropping, incomparable and breathtaking glazed salmon bowl. However today the handsome looking, tall curly waiter with chestnut brown eyes and chest hair of a bear recommended the new-on-the-menu croque madame. After being initially hesitant as I am lactose intolerant and don’t eat any carbs before marbs #marbella2023 I decided to take a risk due to this very trustworthy stranger that I wished to matched on tinder. As soon as the croque madame arrived I was flabbergasted. The texture was delicate and the taste was spectacular. I could not stop devouring it like a hungry wolf after it’s first meal after a long diet. I even ordered a second one to take home to watch my brothers fight over it. I originally like this place, therefore I went there again. But the service experience is worse than ever. After two service people rearrange my seat two times, I asked them to bring me the menu. They managed to bring the menu to the people coming after me, sitting at the next table, but without giving me one. I have limited lunch time due to work. I come to the front desk and ask could you give me a menu? The one at front desk said do you mean I should give you? And then the waiter came and said, “ coukd you be nice? Otherwise you can go” I think the request is very neutral. If he is insulted by a simple request and drive guest out, I can only say don’t go to this restaurant. I am a very respectful person to the service people, but they should be able to take guest’s request, instead of making...

Ich war jetzt schon öfters dort, aber so eine Frechheit habe ich nicht erlebt. Wir haben unsere Bestellung aufgegeben und mein Getränk kam nicht wie bestellt an. Zunächst kein Problem, aber wenn ich eine Unverträglichkeit habe, sollte man bei knapp 7€ für einen Matcha das Getränk neu machen und nicht nur kurz die Sahne rauslöffeln. Mein Wasser hat die Kellnerin mir gar nicht erst rausgegeben (später aber in Rechnung gestellt). Unser gedeckter Tisch wurde teilweise abgeräumt, obwohl wir uns das Essen teilen wollten. Wir haben uns dann für das Essen die Teller von nebenan genommen. Die French Toasts waren leider extrem trocken und haben alt geschmeckt, sodass man sie gar nicht runterschlucken konnte. Nachdem wir es angesprochen haben, wurden uns neue gemacht. Anstatt dass die Kellnerin alles abräumt, schüttelt sie die Teller vor uns, damit auch die letzte Banane auf einen anderen Teller fällt, räumt nur den einen Teller ab und lässt die schmutzigen Teller bei uns. Währenddessen wurde unser gedeckter Tisch ständig abgeräumt, was ehrlich gesagt einfach stört. Aber auch das ist immer noch kein Grund für meine schlechte Bewertung. Der Höhepunkt kam nachdem wir gezahlt haben. Natürlich habe ich angesprochen, dass ich das Wasser nicht bekommen habe. Die Kellnerin schien genervt davon zu sein, was ich nicht verstehen kann. Als ich nach dem Beleg fragte, lief sie bereits weg, druckte ihn dennoch aus und schmiss ihn mir auf die dreckigen Teller. Also sowas geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. Ich bereue es, dass wir wirklich die ganze Zeit so freundlich noch waren. Ich bin zwar gerne hierher gekommen, aber sowas lass ich nicht auf mir sitzen. Sorry, aber das ist einfach respektlos.
