I was here in November and it was OK. This time was horrible. They don’t know how to make old fashioneds. I returned it twice, which I’ve never done in my life.

In a nutshell, it was filled with ice water. It’s as if they have never tried such a drink which they advertise as super premium.

The Black waiter was upset with me for asking for a receipt. Before I paid. He was trying to get me to pay without seeing an itemized receipt. Or even showing me the total.

Knowing what was probably about to happen, I asked for a copy of the receipt. And I saw the drink that I told them I wouldn’t pay for.

I knew it advance what they were trying to do. The waiter actually became upset with me for asking for a copy of the receipt if I knew it was going to be wrong. Imagine that.

He said there was no manager available. Sure.

When a drink is returned, you don’t wait 15 minutes to replace it either. And you don’t present the original drink 15 minutes after your companion had her coffee and cake delivered. Especially when it isn’t a busy day and lots of employees are standing around.

Also, the price they charged me for wasn’t even even the same price that was on the menu. And they charged me for a different drink.

AMBIENTE:

Wir entschieden uns, draußen Platz zu nehmen, da das Wetter es erlaubte. Kaum hatten wir unseren Tisch ausgewählt, kam eine Mitarbeiterin vorbei, um ihn gründlich zu reinigen und sicherzustellen, dass alles vorbereitet war. Die Stühle erwiesen sich als recht bequem, auch wenn man länger sitzen bleibt. Besonders positiv fiel die Musikauswahl auf, sie passte hervorragend zur Atmosphäre und zur stilvollen Einrichtung. Kurz bevor es dunkel wurde, schaltete ein Mitarbeiter einige Bodenstrahler ein, deren Licht für eine angenehme und zugleich elegante Stimmung sorgte. Die Tische sind stabil, haben eine passende Höhe und bieten ausreichend Platz für die servierten Speisen und Getränke.

SERVICE:

Der Service war insgesamt sehr schnell und aufmerksam. Unsere Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen und in kurzer Zeit serviert, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war.

ESSEN:

Wir entschieden uns für Bowls, die geschmacklich überdurchschnittlich gut waren. Die Anrichtung war sehr ansprechend, die Aromen harmonierten wunderbar miteinander, und die Zutaten wirkten frisch und sorgfältig ausgewählt. Die Portion war großzügig bemessen. Man merkt deutlich, dass die Komponenten nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch optisch aufeinander abgestimmt wurden. Dazu wählten wir hausgemachte Limonaden: eine mit Maracuja und Minze, die andere mit Zitrone und Kokos. Beide waren erfrischend, ausgewogen und ausgesprochen lecker. Ein großes Kompliment an die Küche für die durchdachten Gerichte und Getränke. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig und bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack, was das Restaurant für ein breites Publikum attraktiv macht.

GESAMTEINDRUCK:

Wer ein stilvolles Ambiente, Komfort und eine hervorragende Küche sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Unser Besuch war durchweg positiv – wir kommen...
