The pita that they use for their Döner kebabs is much bigger than what is used in most kebab restaurants. It's probably one of the biggest that I have ever seen. It's also closed along the edges, which ensures that there is less spillage and makes the eating experience much cleaner. It can be somewhat dry and difficult to eat without a drink to wash it down though. There are plenty of tables and seats, both inside and outside. The personnel is friendly and attentive. Great food at a low price, I am from the U.S. and went on a river cruise that is docked overnight on the rhine river a few blocks from this carry out restaurant. They have all of the menu with numbers and pictures since they definitely do not speak English or even German but the service was still very good. Pizza is decent and I had the BIGGEST falafel pita I have ever seen in my life . If you are American and end up on this town check this out for quick casual take...

Der Herr vor mir bestellt einen Döner ohne Knoblauchsoße und ohne Salat… man reichte ihm einen Döner - leider mit Knoblauch… und NUR Krautsalat. ER WIES DEN DÖNER ZURÜCK.
Er war wohl bekannt und seine Kritik wurde angenommen.
Im nächsten Moment und OHNE NACHZUDENKEN wurde dieser mir angeboten!!! Ich wies diesen natürlich zurück, da ich sah, dass es kein Produkt nach meinem Wunsch war.
ABER: Ohne SCHAM hielt der Angestellte mir den selben Döner nur 10 Sekunden danach nochmal vor die Nase… JETZT MIT DER AUSSAGE: „für dich!“
Auf mein Einwand, dass ich einen Döner MIT Salat und OHNE Knoblauchsoße bestellt hatte wurde der Döner nochmals kurz an die Theke gegeben und mir dann neu verpackt überreicht.
Dann hatte ich keine Lust mehr… hab den Döner, der mich teure 5€ kostete mitgenommen, da dem Laden wohl vollkommen egal ist was er verkauft und ich es probieren wollte… ICH HABE SELTEN EINEN SO SCHLECHTEN DÖNER GEGESSEN!!! UND DAS PERSONAL IST NE KATASTROPHE!!! Die bieten das Essen 2x an.
Die Frage stellt sich hier, ob es nicht bessere Betreiber an einem solchen Standort gibt?!?
Und ganz ehrlich: Sauberkeit wird in diesem Laden auch nicht gerade groß geschrieben…
SELBST NACHTS GIBT ES DA BESSERE!!!
