Café Kosmos — Restaurant in Munich

A hip cafe with too less space. The cafe is pretty awesome I give you that. But the thing is you need to like this style. It's kinda a hipster, trashy, Berlin style with random furniture and has a flair of being at a friend's home. The drinks are comparable to others quite cheap and their Apple vodka is pure awesomeness... it has some fruit flesh in it which makes it taste fresher than in other places ... yummy . But back to the topic: The thing I don't like about this shop is the low amount of seating they have. Most people have to stand and this place is almost always packed. Most of the time my friends and me stand around in the hallway trying to have some space but we have to switch with the sitting every now and then cos there's only so much place to sit and talks are interrupted by people passing through. I like the place, I really do. Even though it's not my style. And I do like to come there once in a while but please! Arrange some more...

Friends from Munich took me there on Saturday and I had a good time in the beginning. We went outside with our drinks because it was so packed that even people were standing outside. Since I arrived from Vienna by train and I was standing all the way,being tired, I sat on the ground against the wall with my friend and talked. Apparently that is a huge problem. A guy with glasses yelled at me in a really rude manner to get up witch I refused, then he started dragging me by the hand. Afterwards, him and the waiter were pushing me to leave the street in fron lt of the place, took my drink and threaten to call the police because I ''misbehaved''. I did not even raise my voice to them, although they were extremely rude and violent. Never had that kind of treatment for doing absolutely nothing. Worst, arrogant ''service'' I ever...

Reserved a table and had a good night. Staff were friendly until it came time to pay. For 2 people (5 drinks and 4 shots) the bill came up to around 64 euro. I was confused so I asked for the receipt. Suddenly (after about 5-10 minutes of him messing around with the till the server realised he added the bill wrong and realised it should have been 44 for us 2. Offered no apology and just gave us 20€ back. We still tipped over 10€ regardless. He did not apologise for the mistake, and did not say thank you. They have machines which add the totals for each tables, I work in Gastronomie. I undsrstand how it works. Always ask for a recieipt, regardless whether here or any...
