Our visit to Com Viet Restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. We stopped by for a quick lunch before Oktoberfest and found the restaurant surprisingly peaceful despite its busy location. We ordered a chicken lunch special and chicken skewers. The chicken lunch special was a hit – the chicken was tender, and the flavors were delicious. However, the chicken satay skewer was a disappointment. The chicken was overly dry and clung so tightly to the skewer that the skewer broke upon attempting to peel it off. Furthermore, the peanut satay sauce lacked flavor and had a watery consistency, more like soup than a sauce. Despite the food inconsistencies, the restaurant's friendly service, convenient location near the train station, and reasonable prices left a positive impression. We're willing to return and give Com Viet another chance.

Very nice place, good food, clean venue, competitive pricing - but some room for service improvements. Food here is great and incredibly low price for such quality food. We tried for Bun Bo Hue (no 110) asked for spicy and they delivered. Chicken curry courses are also excellent, so are the appetizers - especially papaya salad worth to mention. Service has room for improvement, not speaking English is kind of acceptable (and something you need to accept) in Germany, but the poor waitress seemed very overloaded and was not even able to take the order properly. The person was not rude, just overloaded - really hope they fix this.

If you're Asian, the amount of food in a dish is good to you but I wonder if it's enough for Western people to be full after just a dish. The taste is ok, not excellent but have enough authentic taste to enjoy. 10.9€ for a Bun Bo bowl (a vietnamese dish with rice vermicelli and beef) is acceptable, especially in Munich where everything costs a bit higher than other cities in Germany. Be careful with the satay if you're not good with spicy. It stays very near Munich main station so you can try it immediately after come to Munich.

Keine Ahnung, was sie damit falsch machen.

everything was fine except the service attitude of the staff, it was an older lady. My boyfriend and I entered before the other groups but she only brought the menu for them. After 20 minutes she brought the menus with a very strange attitude. We ate there and ordered take-out. The way she brought the food to us was unacceptable, she left the food box there and turned away, without any spoons or chopsticks (problem is her attitude). In general, I don't know what I did wrong to get her to have such an attitude, the restaurant wasn't crowded at that time. I have never reviewed a restaurant before and it has been a month since we left Munich and I still never forget. It...
