Very bad service. I asked for a delivery which Condesa accepted. The order could not be delivered because of lack of drivers. I was charged and i received no food. Of course I am issuing a complaint to the delivery company as well, but Condesa didn't need to accept the order if there were no drivers available. When i called, i wasnt given any alternative, just "it's not my problem" and "cancel the delivery". When I told them i couldn't cancel it because the app doesn't give that option anymore, they also told me they couldn't cancel it on their side either. They also didn't give me the option to pick it up myself because they were going soon. Now I am asked to take out the 1 star review because they claim its an entirely delivery problem but the treatment was horrible, i was coming from a long trip and had nothing to eat. I was waiting for the delivery for more than 1,5 hours and this is the response I got. (I ordered at 20:40 and they close at 22:00). They shouldn't accept orders if they can't be delivered, and if by mistake they do so, they should give a solution to the client, cancel the delivery or even a call in due time would have been nice to be able to plan an...
Read moreReal mexican tacos. These are some tacos that could actually be sold in Mexico. The tacos are generously filled with meat and the salsas are just like in Mexico. Also the prices are in general fair. The names of the dishes are not very accurate, but they do taste like mexican tacos. For example, "tacos al pastor" are more like "puerco adobado", it is not the same, but it tastes very good. Same for their version of "carnitas". It is juicier and it is actually something between carnitas and pulled pork. Either way, that is as good as it gets in Munich. If you want real "tacos al pastor", you need to travel to Berlin to "Chaparro" and for real carnitas, to Frankfurt to "Chipotle". One last comment: if you order tinga, just remind them that nobody eats tinga tacos mixed with rice. So get your rice on the side of the tacos. The same goes for the burritos, the filler for the burrito should be beans or in some cases...

If you’re Mexican or have visited Mexico, this will feel like a small taste of home. From the tortillas to the colorful plastic plates, it’s everything you want in a Mexican place that specializes in street tacos.
I tried the Carnitas and Tinga tacos and loved both. My husband got a burrito with tinga and said it’s the biggest and best burrito he’s ever eaten.
I also got a side of rice and beans. The rice had great flavor but I wasn’t a big fan of the beans. I can’t exactly pinpoint what it was about them, but they didn’t taste as fresh/homemade as I was hoping.
The horchata wasn’t as flavorful as I was expecting, I prefer more cinnamon personally but it wasn’t bad at all.
The staff spoke Spanish and English and were kind.
Would definitely return if I end up in...
