Conditorei Café Kreutzkamm Pacellistr. — Restaurant in Munich

Racist waiters! We went there for a breakfast. There was an elderly lady waiter who was supposed to serve us, but she constantly ignored us although she has seen us raising hand. After a while other clients started to come and she started to serve them. After 20mins of hopeless waiting, we have seen a male waiter who started to serve other people. We have asked him to take our order, but he has pointed the elderly waiter and went away and of course she was looking at everywhere but our table. There were just 6-7 tables in the area that we're sitting, so it was not due to the crowd. After 30 MINUTES of waiting w/o service, while the other people who came after us were enjoying their meals, we have left the place. We were the only people who weren't speaking German and looking like German. So, there is no explanation but racism for this attitude....

We didn't plane to came here so we didn't have any opinion on it when coming. Therefore, we arrived and stayed 5-10 minutes standing in the middle of the place trying to get a waiter to know where we can sit. They have an impressive capacity of ignoring people, they can be in front of you they won't talk to you. After ensuring that we haven't been changed in ghost we finally succeeded to ask a waitress where we can sit. Rest of the service was at its minimum (maybe they don't want French clients... Who knows...) Anyway, the bakeries and the beverages are really good and the prices are not cheap but honest. Concerning the place the decoration is basic and the ambiance is quiet. Too bad that it has been the worst service we encountered during our trip unless we would have probably...

This cafe represents the arrogance, snobbery, cruelty and narrow-mindedness of the service sector in Germany. The lack of modernization and customer focus pisses me off every time. It's hard to imagine more rude service than this. When we came and sat down at the table we were defiantly ignored, I had to go to look for the waiter, she rudely answered me that she was busy. When, nevertheless, a waitress(another one)approached us, who does not speak English, even a little bit, she was unfriendly. I asked for the Wi-Fi password, she starts to roughly explain something to me in German and then turns around and leaves without getting our order. They recruited old ugly illiterate women and this is cool for them but not for me. Located in the center of Munich and the service is...
