We had a fabulous lunch in this stylish restaurant. The decor is warm, beautifully designed offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The seating was comfortable and the lighting perfect. The team was excellent, attentive, professional, welcoming, warm but not overbearing. They responded to all our queries and gave explanations when required. The food is simply fabulous, in this space you are able to see the team of chefs preparing your meal. It is well designed as you can see the kitchen without feeling that is the centre of the restaurant and constantly feel obliged to watch. You can relax and enjoy your meal in the company of friends. I tried the German pinot noir by the glass and it was really nice. The schnitzel is one the best we have ever had and the ice cream was definitely the best! Try the dark chocolate which is more a dark chocolate sorbet, delicious! Should also mentioned that the pricing is very fair. We expected that the prices would be higher as the restaurant is part of the Rosewood hotel (which by the way we asked for a tour and is really lovely) so overall it was the perfect place for lunch...

Im very surprised this place is only on the michelin guide and not yet awarded any stars, especially when the great food is complemented by equally superb service.
The thing that stood out for me is their service recovery. When I was shown to my table initially, there was a random face mask left, possibly by a previous guest. The lady manager was so apologetic about it and honestly, it didn't negatively impact my dining experience. However, what really touched me was the immediate complementary cocktail. In addition, the waiter (going to vienna in aug'25) constantly checked in with me too.
Beyond the service, the food was reaaaallly good. Beef tartare helped to open my palate (after a week of hearty barbarian food, I really needed that pop of tartness), fried turbot was really fresh. And the desserts, all of them tasted good.
Definitely make your way there before they...
Read moreAwful experience. It is my birthday today, I called a week in advance to make a reservation for 2 to have breakfast and was assured there is no need to make a reservation for 2 and we could just come. Today morning I also called in advance to make sure we get a table and it was confirmed. When we arrived, however, it was told that they are full and when we mentioned that we were promised a table and wanted to have a birthday breakfast we just received a “sorry we’re full”.
Not only we commuted there but also did not have any other options for the morning celebration. This is definitely not what I expected from a top class restaurant. Awful client service especially they knew it...
