In my whole life I never had such a terrible service experience. My only regret is that I don’t know the name of the waiter who served us (earrings, super cocky attitude). Shame on you! Whatever your name is.
We came here with friends for drinks only, and decided to have a pizza to share but he shamed us for just ordering this. People are coming to your restaurant for drinks and are ordering some food on top of it, so the question would be WHY DO YOU CARE if we all have drinks on the table ? Outside of Germany, people don’t have dinner at 4:30, it’s ok to share a snack in the middle of the day.
To add to this ridiculous situation and unacceptable attitude, we were charged for TAP WATER. I know it’s possible to see this in Germany but he didn’t even let us know that it wouldn’t be free? It’s pretty basic to inform people who aren’t locals that they’re gonna pay for this sacred tap water…he gave us a lot of refill without even saying that it wasn’t free
Anyway, if you considered one second going to this HORRIBLE place, run away. Munich has so many other nice places to offer, places where you’ll get a minimum of respect and see a minimum of decency in the staff.

Read moreI have been to this restaurant six times now because I genuinely like the place. The ambiance is great, the location is lovely. But every single time, there has been some kind of issue with the kitchen. This time, our pizzas took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. It turns out one of the ovens had been broken since the day before, but no one mentioned anything until after we had waited all that time.
The staff were generally kind, and I want to give special thanks to Aziz, our waiter. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the evening. Still, I really wish someone had been honest about the delay from the beginning. On top of that, I found a shell in my seafood risotto, which was disappointing. What bothers me most is that this is not a one-time issue. It feels like there is always something going wrong in the kitchen, and sometimes the way the staff respond makes it seem like the problem is on the guest’s side, which does not feel great. However, after about 10 minutes, a man came over and asked if we were going to order food. We explained that we only wanted drinks, and he responded by saying, “That’s not allowed,” and told us we either had to order food or leave.
When I pointed out that two women sitting just half a meter away were also drinking, he showed me their bill (!) and claimed that they had already eaten. Showing another customer’s bill is not only rude but a complete lack of professionalism. This all happened in front of other guests, which made the situation even more embarrassing and unpleasant.
