Segafredo Espresso Bar — Restaurant in Munich

I've just been rudely kicked out of this place by the waiter saying I can't sit down because I asked my coffee 'to go'. Well I didn't. His coworker probably assumed it because he gave my beverage in a paper cup though I didn't say it. I just wanted to have a rest by a nice cuppa. There was nobody else sitting at the tables so I have no idea why and how can someone be so pitty and rude at costumers. Okay coffee in a quirky little corridor.

First arriving here you walk through what seems to be a smokers lounge as it technically IS outside, but with it closed during the winter time you have to pass by a line of elderly people sipping wine and smoking cigarettes.

Pensi di prendere un caffè in tranquillità ma L‘ attuale gestore del locale inizia ad incalzare i suoi dipendenti in maniera aggressiva. Prima accusandoli di non aver abbonato i tavoli (non vero, come dimostrato dagli stessi dipendenti) e poi sputandogli addosso frasi come „vi faccio vedere io“, „vi verrà tutto tolto dallo stipendio“, „controllo ogni vostro singolo movimento dalle telecamere“, „stasera vi faccio trovare una bella sorpresa“, „stai zitto“. Il tutto ovviamente davanti i clienti, alcuni dei quali, seduti accanto al mio tavolo, hanno poi deciso di andarsene davanti a una scena del genere. Al momento di pagare, afferma che le mance vanno ai dipendenti anche quando „rubano“ non abbonando i tavoli. Rispondo a dovere ma con educazione a differenza del suddetto. Un vero e proprio bullismo psicologico. Irrispettoso, arrogante, zero professionalità.
