A place for teenagers to smoke hookah, post their videos on Instagram while bothering other clients with both smoke and videos. While 3 waiter and 2 owners witness everything and do nothing. Even if you are pregnant don’t expect any consideration from the restaurant. Went there for 2 drinks and a salad 30 euros and was not able to finish neither my meal or drink because the Instagram teenagers kept throwing smoke not only to my side but to the entire restaurant, and laughing to our faces for being disturbed by it. At the end the owner apologized but this is not an apology because an apology would be not to change full price to people who left in distress without finishing their meal. I visited Chania on many occasions over the last few months and my first stop has always been to Apothiki. The staff are all very friendly, willing to help and give recommendations and fun if you're willing to chat to them. The food is amazing and comes in very healthy sized portions. The cocktails never failed to disappoint and were always too good (meaning at least two were always ordered).
