Nom Smash burgers — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

Absolutely loved the food here and was one of the only places we came to multiple times on our trip but the last time we went was a massive let down due to one of your staff members. Blonde/grey haired girl took our order multiple times over a few days and was the same order multiple times but the last time we went I had asked for the same adjustments to the burger. When she brought the burger out it was wrong and when I told her this she acted as though it was my fault and told me I didn’t tell her the correct order. Even after telling her, I told her specifically what I didn’t want on the burger which she also relayed back to me at the time of ordering, she again told me I was wrong and didn’t do this and insisted it was my fault. She also on one of the occasions added a tip without asking and told us she couldn’t change this but the second time we got her there was no tip added as she had obviously forgot to do it although apparently this was something she couldn’t change and was a “service charge”. We are happy to tip and always do but was a shame she took it upon herself to add this in and lie and say it’s out of her control. Due to this I wouldn’t return although it’s a shame because as I said the food was great. The burger and fries were delicious! However, the girl who attended us was very rude. As it was almost closing time, the waitress approached our table with severe attitude. We didn’t mind taking the food to go, which is of course what we did, as we didn’t want to cause any inconvenience. When we told the waitress she explicitly said “oh good, that’s much better”. Management should be more mindful about training their staff properly and teaching them how to respectfully speak to clients. Awesome burger but awful treatment. Food was ok. Not the best I’ve had. I asked the gray haired girl for a bacon egg and cheese and her attitude towards me was a total let down. I was expecting the nyc bacon-egg&cheese and she went on trying to correct me saying “cheese egg bacon” a couple of times & she didn’t explain to us what that was. Trying a little too hard to prove me wrong. A little too rude I’d say. But it wasn’t the classic bacon egg and cheese anyway. I asked if i could pay with an American Express card and she just said “what’s that”
