This was by far the best meal we've had on our honeymoon so far. Incredible flavor combinations. The ingredients were so fresh, it tasted like the volume was turned up, even on the arugula! When a talented chef works with fresh, natural ingredients, it's a gluttonous pleasure to behold.
My wife had the ribs, and I had the brisket, bc we both wanted to try each. We ended up switching, but both were incredible. The ribs were sweeter, of course. The brisket had more of a savory red wine preparation (I'm not a cook, sorry). I have a sweet tooth, and my wife enjoys red wine, so it worked out perfectly to swap halfway through.
The servers were very attentive, but we were the only guests at the time of our visit, so you'd hope they would be. 🤭 Still, excellent service.
The ambiance was chill tropical garden vibes with the open window to the kitchen giving us olfactory sneak peeks at our main course.
Just top notch all around. It was pricier than other restaurants in town, but you are getting for $20-$25 a plate what would cost you 3x that at home. This quality at such a reasonable price point is unreal.
C'mon guys. Put on some nice slacks and take your lady out for a nice dinner. Tell her you're splurging, and have her order whatever she wants. Just don't let her see the bill. Act cool and don't tell her it was under 650Q for this romantic experience. (* If you married a statistician or math teacher, this won't...

I was looking for a non alcoholic cocktail and the waiter told me which ones would actually be good without alcohol, and it was, in all honesty, the best mocktail I’ve ever had. My friend’s cocktail was incredible too. My friend and I split a steak dish and the fish of the day and they were both stunningly succulent and delicious. And beautifully plated. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere wonderful. Beautiful garden surroundings, charming during the day and at night with warm festive lights. This place is a little off the beaten tourist path and it’s fully worth going! Thank you for a delicious and...
Read moreThe best restaurant we tried in 10 days in Guatemala. Creative food and cocktails were near impossible to find in both Antigua and Atitlan. Thankfully Rosanta has creative and delicious food, plus incredibly friendly service and maybe the most beautiful courtyard in Antigua.
The pulled pork hamburger was one of the best we’ve ever tried. The fries were so well seasoned and crispy. The turmeric brioche bun was amazing but wish it was more toasted because it became soggy with the chili adobo sauce.
The queso horneado was also great, though on the sweeter side. Would’ve loved a little more salt and spice to balance the sweetness.
Rosanta also has wifi. Their quiet and lush courtyard would be a good place to work...
