I have visited Harrods Tea Room Msheireb twice now, and I have had a lovely experience both times. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, yet still relaxed and inviting. The service is impeccable as the staff are extremely friendly, and the food is delicious. On my first visit, I had breakfast and ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly to my liking, and the Hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. The bread was also very good, and the overall dish was extremely delicious. On my second visit, I had the crème brulee for dessert. It was very good, but I did find that it had a bit of an eggy taste. However, the coffees were both delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the cappuccino. Overall, I highly recommend Harrods Tea Room Msheireb. It is a great place to go for a special occasion or simply to enjoy a delicious meal in a beautiful setting.

My visit to Harrods Tea in Msheireb was quite disappointing. Upon entering, a staff member front of the entrance—whose role was unclear—greeted us with an odd question: "Will you join us?" This felt inappropriate, especially as two female guests. There was also unnecessary conversation before we were even seated. The service was the biggest letdown. The staff were not approachable, lacked warmth, and were slow. Utensils were placed directly on the table without napkins, which felt unhygienic, and later, they handed us utensils at the last minute without any explanation, after we had already finished our food—only to realize that they were meant for another table. The person greeting customers outside was also handling plates inside, which further added to the lack of hygiene. As for the food, it did not justify the high prices. Overall, the experience lacked the luxury and hospitality one would expect from a brand like Harrods.

The arab lady waitress was super rude, she was frustrated with us and kept on rolling her eyes at us. We wanted to order the chicken but i asked her is it boneless or not? She said she will have to ask the chef, and i made it clear to her to come back to me before placing the order whether it’s boneless or not. Suddenly the order came, even though I haven’t placed it. And when i told her she didn’t even care or take an action. I didn’t want to make a scene as i had visitors from outside of Doha. Even though they brought the chicken “boneless” and it seems that they tried to remove the bones, the chicken still had chunks of bones, which was a very unpleasant experience. They could’ve said that this chicken order is not boneless instead of enforcing it on the customer. This is my first and last time visiting this place.

We enjoyed a delightful selection of Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu, tea, and a Café Latte, all of which were exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were rich and indulgent, making each bite a treat for the senses. The outdoor seating area provided a charming and serene ambiance, perfect for relaxing while sipping on a warm cup of tea. The atmosphere and weather added to the overall experience, making it even more enjoyable. Overall, if you’re looking for an upscale tea experience in a refined environment, Tea at Harrods is definitely worth a visit! The missing fifth star is due to the high prices.

My friend and I had an amazing time at Harolds Cafe in Mshiereb recently! Kristina's service was absolutely fantastic! It surprised me to learn that she has a talent in fine arts, but her passion for her job really shines through. She greeted me with a warm welcome and provided me with fantastic suggestions from the menu. The attention to detail in preparing and presenting my order was truly impressive, like admiring a beautiful painting. On top of all that, Kristina's genuine warmth and kindness made the entire dining experience even more delightful. I want to give a big thank you to Kristina for going above and beyond! If you ever visit Harolds Cafe, make sure to ask for her. You won't be disappointed!
