Baráti Café — Restaurant in Budapest

This place has given me the worst experience of eating outside. First of all, the reason is the price-quality ratio. I expected a full bowl of meat and vegetables in my gulyas soup. All I got is a couple of meat slices and vegetable leftovers. I paid for the good food and a service, but all received is a mean waitress and overpriced dishes that are not satisfying. About the lemonades, I can make tjem 10x times better with even expired ingredients. So, if you want to eat a proper amount of food and keep a good mood, then this place is definitely your last choice. If you think I am exhaggerating, then please come and try the same dishes at ManyTime on Kiraly utca. They will feed you 5x times better and more and twice cheaper. Just a comparison. absolutely awful place, wish i read the reviews before i came here. we sat down and it took about 15 minutes until the waitress came to even check if we were ready to order, and was quite rude. we were even considering leaving up until she finally decided to come to our table (we were the only people there aside from one man, mind you). food was ok, eggs were all cooked differently (i had 3 eggs and every single one was runnier than the next, she had never even asked me how i wanted them). at the end, the waitress also mixed up our change and counted it wrong, and me and my friend literally had to sit and calculate how much change we each needed and then divided the money she gave us properly (we paid separately and simply as well). my advice: save your money and go...

Food is ok, pretty average. Certainly not bad. I enjoyed the sandwiches and iced coffee enough. However the imagery in the menu is lazily taken from Google images and is completely different to the food you receive. I absolutely mean it.
