Constellation — Restaurant in Budapest

I was curious to try this apparently top rated brasserie, after viewing its menu, for a quiet Sunday lunch. Alas, it was double trap. Until 3 pm only brunch menu is served😳. The best eggs I eat are those I prepare at home. The choice was limited , and pretentiously expensive One bone marrow that hardly exceeded half a toast, and 2 eggs topping a hash mix of minced meat(much less than in any burger), some peas, and tiny potatoes crisps, with a Pu Er tea, for 9000 huf, is rather overpriced for such low profile ingredients Notwithstanding a noisy family in next room, with a spoiled kid who kept screaming the whole time.

It was not bad food, but nothing exceptional for the price. If you are around , better walk to Raday utca, and try a delicious Nepalese thali, or excellent Vietnamese cuisine, or 2 very well stocked bakeries serving very good...

Visited with my Partner early Friday evening for a quick drink at the bar. This quickly turned into 5 relaxed drinks at the bar. They have a superb selection of craft beers of all styles with the best array of top quality Hazy IPAs I have seen at extremely reasonable prices. Was given a free bowl of tasty nuts to share when first seated and service by the team was fantastic (especially Charlie I believe it was - sorry if I got the wrong name from memory!). Atmosphere was relaxed and trendy with great background music. We didn't try any of the food but it looked delicious as the brasserie quickly became full! I look forward to returning on our next visit to Budapest for sure - will recommend to any of my friends who will soon be...

We found this place easily... It was 3 doors from our apartment. The beers are incredible.... I tried as many as I could. It's the perfect place to sit, browse their beers and while you're doing that.... eating their AMAZING food! Both breweries providing a vast array of different styles, it's so difficult to choose from the beer and food menus.... I wish them every success as they're doing everything brilliantly. Staff are also knowledgeable about beer a d their food, and happy to answer any questions..... If you like your craft beer and find yourself in Budapest..... This should be your first...
