I was waiting in line to use the bathroom when, out of nowhere, a woman—who I assume was the manager—stormed in and started shouting at everyone, accusing us of using the restroom without being customers. Yes, I understand it’s not a public bathroom. But the way she handled it was absolutely disgraceful.

There were actual guests from the restaurant in that line—including myself. I came in to enjoy a cocktail and relax, not to be subjected to a loud, unprofessional outburst from a clearly frustrated staff member. This woman called young girls liars, uneducated etc.

It was one of the most shocking displays of disrespect I’ve ever witnessed from a hospitality worker. Is this how you treat your paying guests, or people in general?

If you have a problem with people coming in off the street, then manage it—with grace, professionalism, and basic human decency. I left that evening feeling deeply uncomfortable. I sincerely hope the management rethinks how they handle situations like this—because what I saw...

We had a great time, had a long dinner. Arrived at 5:30 ish and didn't leave till about 10. They had live music which was great and some large groups so great atmosphere. Such friendly staff! And one younger guy spoke great English which made us feel better about our awful attempts at Hugarian. Great wine options we tried about 3 or 4 different wines each for a really good price in England its normally a lot more expensive these options were starting at £1.40 ish per glass really lovely to try the different wines and have two mains for just over £40 GBP. Thing for English newbies to know, the price of glasses of wines in FT is against deci litre so as long as you ask for 100ml / 1DL you'll get the price advertised. I have arrived early for a reservation, but Marci got me covered with a big smile and show me our table, offering me possible drinks until I wait for others.

Apart from the great food from the kitchen, Marci's presence, friendly and honest recommendations brought delight to our celebration evening. His knowledge on drinks and food helped everyone to have their finest time for tonight.
