It was the worst experience ever. We were 6 of us. We got a reservation at 6pm and the place looked empty. We got a table next to the toilet and we found out there is the kitchen too... Every time when they were bringing out food we smell strange smell...felt like sewage. Another group just before us arrived and they canceled the order cause they couldn't handle the smell. We were also about to do that.... We ordered the drink , there were a waitress in black outfit and we asked what kid of lemonade they have. He answered " everything in the menu, read it" I said..say what? Seriously, even if its in the menu...you should tell us... and not being rude. Then we ordered drinks...I asked also the waitress if we can get another cutlery, because it was just 5 instead of 6. He said " we didn't order yet, we not late for anything" He started to pushing my buttons.....with these answers... After the smell I asked him, if the smell will disappear or we can get maybe another table. ( I was always asking polite and kind). He say " the smell it comes and goes, we cannot do anything....and we can't give you another table, because it's all reserved..." I said, that's it....if they know there is a smell...why do they put people nearby that area...and the place was almost empty...how could it be possible to have reserved every table??? If barely no one was there I went to the ather waitress ( older guy, I think he was Zoltan, I don't remember well) and I asked him if we can cancel our order , because we can't stand the smell...and the other guy said we cannot have another table...he said follow me..and he could give us a table...so interesting 🤔 He took our orders and he was smiling and joking. It was really a pleasure. We ordered cocktails and one alcohol free....and the black clothes guy came back...with the drinks...and he brought an alcohol drink instead of the free...we said we didn't order that, he said but he got this. But we said thats not what we ordered...he said this is what he has.... And finally the old guy came and he said they didn't order alcohol one, bring it back and change it. Anyway it was interesting to see how two different waitress can treat people at the restaurant. The food was very delicious BTW. Its not a first time I went to a restaurant around the world, but I never get this experience. I don't think so I can go back...

This is a theme restaurant, cosy and nicely decorated and the price-range is good. However, during our visit our waiter was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a food with asparagus on the side and I did not see any on the plate. When I asked about it the waiter told me I should check under the meat. I told that I already did that and asked him to check it with the kitchen, after which he said that they are out of asparagus and indeed, there is none in the meal. They never told me this upfront and I specifically ordered this meal because of the asparagus. Although they offered me to order something else instead, we were a party of 10 and I didn't want to wait for hours until I got my meal by the time everyone else should have been already finished theirs. The meals were OK, but nothing spectacular. Before booking the table we asked whether the place is dog-friendly and we told them that we will arrive with an 8-month-old basset hound. Nonetheless, after arriving, our waiter told us that they did not expect this size of a dog and the waiter made rude comments about this. Overall, the place is nice to check out once because of the atmosphere (especially if you're visiting it with young kids); however, we definitely won't go back here. They did not compensate us for the mistake and they automatically did add service charge...

We chose this place because read a good comments about it.Check the page of this place- on the pictures the portions were rather big and not expensive. Before coming we booked the table and told to manager that it would be a celebration of birthday. So after we came to this place, inside several halls with different design, workers almost don't speak English and can't recommend nothing, because can't explain in English. We were waiting for our order about 1,5hour( we were 5people),waiter.asked us several times what we ordered and our food is late cause of problems in the kitchen(but at the same time other tables received their orders in normal way)...About some discount or smth like this due to Birthday, the waiter told that they don't have nothing and she doesn't know(but definitely she was lasy and didn't take care about our table). When we finally received our food it was not hot at all,the portion wasn't so big and not so tasty....So the atmosphere of Birthday was ruined... Unfortunately among pluses -only design, among minuses-all other things which I...

I visited intrigued by its reputation for thematic rooms and a quirky interior featuring animals. Indeed, the charm of the place did not disappoint; each room offered a distinct and engaging atmosphere that added an interesting twist to the dining experience. However, the food was unremarkable. While not bad, it was just okay, aligning with the average prices. It’s the kind of fare that won't leave a lasting impression, but won't ruin your evening either. The real letdown was the service. The exception to this was the woman at the bar, who was genuinely nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, particularly the male servers, lacked in professionalism and courtesy. Their demeanor was off-putting, often making unpleasant expressions and showing evident annoyance when asked for assistance – a stark contrast to the friendly service you’d expect in a hospitality setting. Their attitude was reminiscent of the indifference I've encountered at Zara stores, where customer service often seems like an afterthought.

The environment is very unique, almost like being in a tropical rainforest, and there's also a section designed to resemble an underwater world. Our daughter chose this place for her birthday dinner, and we ordered different main dishes - chicken, seafood, pork - and every dish was delicious. Moreover, the names of the dishes were quite playful. The staff was excellent, very friendly. I have a fractured ankle and had difficulty climbing the stairs, but a gentleman kindly helped me up the stairs. For a restaurant, with such attentive service and delicious food, what more could we ask for?
