It was delightful to visit in Manna Restaurant and eat my most favourite Korean food. When I came inside for the first time, interior design was definitely grasped my attention( full of posters of my childhood crushes and of movies that I watched thousands of times) which eventually brought me into Korea even though I have never been there. Waitresses were wonderfully polite and kind to me to explain everything carefully and thoroughly. I have to mention without doubt that FOOD WAS SUPER DELICIOUS and CHEAPER compared to any other Korean restaurants in Budapest. I will highly recommend it to anyone to visit in this awesome restaurant and travel to Korea without actually be there in person! Owners are absolutely marvelous to run this wonderful business in the center of Budapest :))Being honest with you, I am not that kind of person who will comment on anything in public that often, however, this time it really impressed me to the point that I want to let everyone know and for sure I will...
Read moreA good Korean restaurant in the city centre of Budapest. Definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of spicy food. We went there twice.
My kimchi soup with tofu (kimchijigae) was absolutely amazing. I would recommend going there just for kimchi.
The other dish, spicy shredded beef soup (yukgejang) was way too spicy and the meat was very fatty which made the overall eating experience quite unpleasant. As a result, we didn't finish eating it.
Dolsot bibimbab was quite bland even when mixed with sauce (served separately).
Dakgalbi deopbab was spicy but very tasty.
The tables/booths are quite large. Once you decide what to order you have to press a button on the table for a waitress to come and get your order.
There is an eating area on the ground and first floor.
Both times we were there one dish was good and the other one wasn't that's why 3/5. Go only if you know Korean cuisine and what to expect.

Read moreThe food was good, everything started well and the service was exceptionally friendly, but at the end of the checkout , the first time my credit card was swiped, the checkout person moved very quickly and I didn't really see what she did, my card was refused payment straight away, afterwards she took my card and tried repeatedly my card didn't swipe out and again pressed some button on the machine to confirm straight away, but I I then tried to pay by cash but she refused because she had stated on the bill that she was paying by card, I said I didn't understand, the restaurant should offer a variety of payment methods, if my card didn't work why couldn't I pay by cash? She was very firm and said I could only pay by card. The attitude was bad and indifferent, it was a lady at the cashier and the rest of the people were very friendly, this is the first time I have been treated like this and I will...
