Place Bár — Restaurant in Budapest

I was there yesterday and I lost my phone. I texted them and I am so happy to find so helpful and empathetic people. Both owners helped me, allowed me to search for the phone with the help of the cleaning staff, asked me after If I had find my phone. I can't describe how pleasant all of it was. Regarding the service and products: Easily the cheapest place in Budapest with good quality. You can find shots for less than one euro and the staff is also able to speak in english if you can't communicate in Hungarian. They have lots of different shots and cocktails, + everyday they make a different deals. Truly amazing, and I'm glad I got to find this place yesterday....

We ordered 2Liters of Cuba Libre which, at least in my opinion, should include rum but it didn’t. Only Pepsi from 5 different open bottles. After reaching out to the waiter and explaining our problem the waiter poured us a Pepsi from a fresh bottle to show us that the Pepsi itself is more sparkling than our drinks which should indicate that there is rum in our drinks. Either I lost my taste or maybe it was a non alcoholic rum but all of my friends and me included did not taste any rum. So next time add some rum or write in the menu that you charge 10€...

Nem akarsz nagyon sokat fizetni, de nem egy lepukkant helyre akarsz beülni? Na hát akkor ez nem a te helyed. Mondom is miért, de Kezdjük is az elejéről! Tehát szülinapi iszogatást tartottunk volna, felhasználva az ingyen, ajándékba adott plusz dolgokat, így 15-en is mentünk el. Foglaltuk asztalt is 20 emberre (lehettünk volna ennyien is), inkább a biztosra mentünk. Ez meg is történt napokkal előbb, majd mikor oda értünk a csajszinak mondtunk, hogy milyen névre van a foglalás, majd annyit mondott "basszus" és elrohant. Visszatérve azt a választ kaptuk, hogy a "galéria" (egy kis szoba) ahová mentünk volna valamilyen foglalási hiba miatt egy másik társaság is oda lett beültetve, így hát 27 embert besuvasztottak egy levegőtlen, kis szobába ahol viszont a az asztal egy méterre van tőled ahol már pont kellemetlen, mellesleg a szembelévő barátod már olyan messze hogy nem hallod rendesen. Na, de jó nem gáz úgyis jön majd az ajándék amit kapunk mert ennyien jöttünk. Aha! Csak akkor kapja meg bárki is, ha rendel mindenki fejenként egy koktélt (750ft/db). Amivel annyira nem lenne probléma ha ki is lenne írva hogy ezt csak így lehet megkapni. Természetesen a legolcsóbb dolgokból készülnek, cukormentes lehetőségre esély sincs. A hely egyébként tényleg borzasztó pici, nagyon társaságnak egyáltalán nem ajánlott, max 6 főt tudnék én mondani, persze ha normális asztalt adnak és nem szerveznek be egy másik ganghez. Ja és többi vélemény alapján Vodkát még mindig ne kérjen senkise, és a pultosok is tényleg olyan undok, bunkók.

Összesítve, jobban jár mindenki, ha elkerüli a helyet, hacsak ha ő elnézi ezeket a dolgokat!
