I recently visited Moto Pizza. Let me begin by saying that the atmosphere was cool, and the cashier was kind.

Our choice was the 'Prosciutto Funghi' pizza. I must admit that the pizza tasted good, but unfortunately, the quality and execution didn't meet restaurant standards and price tags.

We ordered the “Prosciutto Funghi”. It was supposed to contain ''Prosciutto” as per its name and listed items, but actually had ham on it. This was weird because, as we observed, there were others who received Prosciutto on their pizzas (presumably the 'Prosciutto' pizza). It's not as if they were running low on Prosciutto; ham is simply not a suitable substitute for Prosciutto!

Furthermore, the mushrooms on top of the pizza appeared not to have been sweated beforehand, resulting in an excessively soggy pizza. When combined with the water released from the ham, it created a “pizzasoup” on my paper, albeit a very tasty one. However, that's not how pizzas are expected to be.

In comparison to a couple of other well-rated pizza places where we've had similar or the same types of pizza, this one ranked the lowest in terms of our overall experience.

Other types of pizzas might be delicious and well-made, but I would not recommend this one.(unless you like a wet pizza, because then...

We happened upon this place after an excessive night of boozing and debauchery on the eve of 2023, our only wish was to hydrate and get some calories. As we took the first bite of their pizza, the term Happy New Year reached a whole new meaning. Our headache was gone in an instant, sunbeams penetrated the thick january fog, the popsong in the radio resembled a chorus of angels. We felt the urge to shed our clothes, to run down Madách street as nature intended and shout the message on top of our lungs: Hear us, you tired, you hungry, you hungover masses! Abandon your fancy pastries, eggs and cereals! Dissent from the brekfasts that shackled your mornings in culinary mediocrity! Hear the good news, pizza perfection is finally here, topping and crust in delicate balance, baked into the what can only be compared to the manna, with which God provided His chosen during their exodus! Complexity of sensory experiences emerging from the simplicity of preparation and presentation to deliver you into a better tomorrow! If you read my words, go forth knowing: The history of the human race may be a blind march from the forgotten past towards the unknown future, but the milestone of ultimate sustinance has been reached and you too can expereince it, slice-by-juicy-slice...

Oh boy this place is so amazing, it has everything you might miss coming back from Naples. The world's best pizza, the neapolitan Margherita costs €4 in Naples, (~1300 HUF) so after that it seemed really audacious and obnoxious whenever someone tried to sell their (copied) version of pizza margherita for more than 8-10 euros. But this place did justice! Normally I would subtract a star for not having proper card payments set up, but this place deserves so much more recognition than they currently have that I will look over this issue. Anyway, let's rate it: the place and the atmosphere gets 8/10 which is a fair if you look inside. There's still a lot to work on but this place already have its own vibe. Service is excellent, 9/10, only for the payments I'm a bit mad.. Prices are 10/10, the Margherita costs 1500 HUF, and you can get some craft coke or beer for 600-700 HUF which is fair. The pizza itself is really a good one, would compare to El Presidente for example, for me that's the closest in taste. They might improve a bit on their tomato sauce so 9/10 it is. Overall it well deserves a 9 out of 10, which translates to 4,5=5 stars on...

This place is kind of a disappointment. When we first went there a bit after the opening, they were already sold out. We were really looking forward to try their pizza when we went there again, however, both the food and the service didn't live up to the expectations. There seems to be no structured way for taking the orders, so we were worried that they would forget our pizza, which happened exactly. A huge crowd arrived after us, but they received their orders first, and a member of the staff needed to ask us again what we ordered, as they forgot it. The pizza itself was way too cheesy and the mozzarella was too moisty which caused that milky fluid was dripping from the top of the pizza. Additionally, the dough was way too thin. The staff was trying their best, however, there is definitely room for improvement. You can only pay by cash.

I expected more.. The location and interior is great. (Actually that’s why this place got our attention) At Moto pizza you get paper plate (carton) no knife, no fork. + in our case burned pizza, And HUGE CRUST I would’ve understand if the pizza would be big and you have a huge crust. But here, you get a small pizza with a huge crust and that’s sad. The pizza itself tastes good, but the amount of ,,actual pizza( with ingredients) that can be eaten,, is really small.. Ps. If the concept of this place is - to be cheap, if that’s the case at least the pizza has to be fit. (Don’t understand the people who are trying to convince you that the pizza is good.)
