The coffee served at Piknik - from multi award winning Gardelli beans - is (in my humble opinion) amongst the best in town. Yes, prices are higher than most others in the the area (certainly on the Pest side) but only reflective of the quality of the beans and the coffee. I visit almost daily, sometimes for sit in, sometimes for a take out, sometimes with a dog, often with friends. The coffee quality is consistently good and the staff always friendly and accommodating. Read moreOne of the very few places you find opened early morning. So I can drop by after my river walk. It’s a fairly small coffee shop with a cute terrace outside. There is no particular dessert menu - you just pick from what they have on the showcase. Excellent latte and amazing homemade macaroons although there are not available often.
