Every cuisine in the world has best Veg delicacies, which most of the times do not come out due to market demands, but the team Bo Tai did really swish the Wand to bring out such Best Wonderful Vegetarian dishes from Thai Cuisine - My heart ful thanks for that. Simple ambience with Vibrant Bar Counter which makes Colourful Soothing Lively refreshing Thai Cocktails makes the dining easy and indulging..!! I am Obviously invited to try their Vegetarian Menu but I have already decided to take my hubby on a date to try their Pork ( Best is What I heard of). We started with their Great Grand Bangkok Boulevard, the Golden drink with Chivas 12 Years, Sweet Herby Vermouth made of tropical herbs, barks, flowers which is Home made (A millions Thanks to Rupa to make taste it as it and it was so Wow), Honey Lime and a hint of Sparkling Wine - wait, Another must try is next 🙂 Here comes the Shows Stopper Full Moon Festival - This is literally like a famous full Moon fest of Thailand which happens every full moon, So Young So refreshing, blossoming, fragrant, Aromatic because of Vermouth and Pandan Tincture and expect a hint of Spice from Bird Chilly too - If You don’t try these two I would Suggest better don’t go here..!! Started with Classic Oriental starters Preserved Raw Mango Avocado - Buttery Avacado slices are brushed mildly with green paste and served along with Fried Dry Coconut flakes and Onions, chilli powder, Salt and a mild tanginess to balance - Burst of flavours in the mouth and Perfectly Spiced. Crystal Radish Dumpling - Tender Radish grated and sautéed in butter, mild herbs and filled in a dumpling which is made to look like a radish served with Mee Krop -A thai crisp noodle is sautéed in Sweet Sour Sauce - Quite a creation in terms of Taste and Presentation. Corn Burnt Spring Dumpling - Dimsums are presented like a beautiful plated Thai flowers with filling of Corn, Asparagus and burnt Pungent Spring Onions took the taste to a different level - WoW Corn Cake Sliders - This one made a non-burger person to think big, A yummy Corn patty along with spicy sweet Thai Chilly Jam is stuffed in between Steamed Fluffy steamed buns and these sliders are paired with Crisp lotus stem to give that crunchiness - Wow Here comes the Show stopper My most Fav amongst starters Corn Curd - Corn curd sautéed with basic pepper and deep fried and some gorgeous colourful salad dressing on it is what we think when we look, once we bite that we can see a Wobbly naive texture inside that warm hard texture - The Best Corn Curd I have ever had. Crispy Bean Curd crushed black Peoper - most Peppery, Spicy, Garlic-ky appetiser we tried for thw day which was hard looking from outside and warm cooked silicon tofu inside. Stuffed Mushroom Corn and Cheese - Simple Corn Cheese Stuffed Mushroom sauteed in special Thai herbs - Spicy and Yummy. After these Yummy appetisers, we were very sure that We would just settle with some Thai Green Curry and Jasmine Rice - Spicy, Coconut-y Thai Green Curry with Fragrant Jasmine just made us Enough for the day- one of the best Thai Green Curries I tried so Far..!!! Desserts again raised the Bench mark for the regular routine cremé Brûlée and Chocolate Tart . Coconut Creme Brûlée- As I said every dish here challenge us to expect more, If we think of Ramekin the showed us Dry Coconut filled with custard and Jaggery is used for that hard layer of caramelisation- Top Notch Chocolate Tart is dark and strong with filling of Belgium chocolate in the Tart - Chocolate lovers are not disappointed..!! Bo Tai is undoubtedly in my Top 3 list of Best Thai in Nammuru and Should I again say “I do Recommend” 😁😁 Come here to experience one of the best Oriental majorly Thai Cuisine..!!!

Bo Tai, a modern thai bar & grill concept is a perfect blend of cosmopolitan Italian design with the vibrance of Thai hues. A smart casual vibe clubbed with a serendipitous coziness, Bo Tai is designed for the young and socially smart champagne set. A smart, spunky verbal ‘pun bow-tie’ that represents both the style and flavor of oriental cuisine. It is a concept set against international decor, which is contemporary thai and italian. ‘tai’, is imperfect insinuation of the food philosophy. Bengaluru is Teaming with Thai restaurants, each one has to make itself stand out from the crowd. The New Bo Tai in JW Marriott does this with an expansive space that has a kitchen & bar counter, each with a vibe of it's own. While getting there might be really easy as it is located behind JW Kitchen next to huge 200 years old tree. Curated by experts, the all new menu is a medley of Thai cuisine. Offering a gastronomic voyage, using the finest ingredients from Thailand and China. The bar conceptualized by an international team of superstar bartenders from London, offers a signature cocktail menu which is unlike anything Bangalore has seen before. With a selection of long, refreshing aperitifs to stiffer tipples, their signature drinks are created with traditional Thai ingredients intuitively twisted with modern techniques. Bo Tai is a magnificence of cuisine and design innovation. Thier vision is to offer a culinary treat to the palate through gastronomic innovations. Curated by experts, the menu is a medley of Thai cuisine. The concept is set against stylish international decor. I tasted some of the Signature & Chef's recommended dishes like • Naga Fireball - Fancy & Strong drink combination with Chivas 18 years, Chilli Cacao Bitters, Cold Brew Coffeeginger, Thai Red Syrup & Smoke. Smokey old fashioned style concoction uses single malt, housemade bitters and a hint of Thai Red Syrup. I recommend this drink if you are really looking for some strong & manly. • Cool Heart - Refreshing & Sweet in note drink. This drink had the combination of Beefeater, Pineapple, Seedlip Garden, Jägermeister Thai Green Syrup, Lemon & Tonic. This drink made me relax & refreshing. Serving was very fancy than usual. Cocktail was served in Pineapple shaped metal glass. It was really unique. • Stuffed Mushrooms, Corn & Cheese - Button Mushrooms stuffed with corn & cheese and tossed with Thai herbs. This was tangy & sweet in taste. • Preserved Raw Mango Avocado - Fresh Avocados with raw mango & really good salad. • Corn Cakes Sliders, Thai Chilli Jam & Lotus Stem Chips - Butterfly Pea Flower Buns stuffed with Thai Corn Patties. These were really good in taste. • Corn Curd Pepper Salt - Corn Curd tossed with chilli & spring onions. Savory Custard type cakes. • Asparagus & Corn, Burnt Spring Onion - Asparagus & Corn wrapped in shape of flower. It was good in taste. It had that unique combination of flavours. • Crispy Beancurd, Crushed Black Pepper - Crispy tofu with ginger garlic & crushed black pepper. Tofu was realy so good & it had that Thadka type toppings on it which enhanced the dish. • Crystal Radish Dumplings - Curated radish with butter wrapped in crystal dough served with mee krop. • Veg Thai Green Curry & Jasmine Rice - Authentic Green Curry was so perfect & it tasted really rich & good. It was not too sweet of spicy. Everything was equally balanced. Jasmine Rice was a good combination with Thai Green Curry. • Chocolate Tart - Tart filled with Belgium Chocolate & Jack Daniel's Chocolate was very good. • Coconut Crème Brulee - Combination of Coconut & Jaggery. This dessert was unique served in coconuts. Overall Dining at Bo Tai was a top notch experience. Each and every dish was very unique in taste. Hospitality was really upto the mark.
