Worst place ever! So me and my husband visited this place on valentines day and we had pre booked the table. We reached on time and somehow the place was allocated to us thankfully. For so many couples, they were asked to share the table with another couple which was hilarious honestly. Who would wanna visit a restaurant on a valentines day and then share the table with another couple ....LOL
What was even worse is .... After ordering the food, I hv waited for about 1hour and 15 mins still with a hope that my food will be given soon. I kept asking the concerned person and he kept saying it's coming in 5 mins, it's coming in 10 mins ....etc but it never came. No one was even there to listen to us or hear us out. I understand since it's valentines day and due to heavy crowd, the delivery of food might get delayed compared to normal days but waiting for more than an hour at 10pm in the night is just stupidity.
The story does not end here. It was 10:30 pm and finally I was furious and went to spoke to the head and he diverted me to the guy who took my order and when I asked him abt how much longer I had to wait..... in a very polite way, very rudely I was given a reply that "he also doesn't know when my food would be served". This kind of attitude is 100% not appreciated. It is cuz of this attitude of the staff here that there were so many fights that happened in front of my eyes and so many even left the restaurant.
If he had no idea when my food would get served, then he should hv told me this before itself, I would hv left the place long time ago not making us wait for hours together and then giving us a very rude reply.
They should be thankful enough that I dint make a scene and just left from there for what they did to me. If someone else was there in my place, things would hv been very different. I go out on every valentines to a pub like this but never experienced such bad service and such bad staff ever.
Literally the worst staff ever. My suggestion to you guys is.....honestly if u cannot handle the crowd, just bloody say it or increase the no of staff members or take only limited no of bookings. Never do i want to visit levels...
Read moreBeautiful place, with an amazing ambiance to spend quality time with friends and loved ones! Positioned across a fountain with a pond and exotic greenery, there are seating areas at three levels, both indoors and outdoors. While the outdoor areas have a Boho vibe, the indoor is classically decorated with portraits and Beautiful chandeliers. Greeted very warmly at the entrance, we got seated across the bar. We went for their Sante-Fe Sunrise and Classic Cosmopolitan. Whisky-based Sante-Fe Sunrise, beautifully presented with a stamped orange peel, tasted a little on the sour side, while, the cosmopolitan tasted sweet, and strong, and gave me instant happy vibes. We enjoyed both drinks very much. Along with the drinks, we ordered chicken lollipops and Amritsari chicken tikka. Served with prawn crackers, the lollipops tasted super amazing! It was a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy! The tikkas were also beautifully charred and extremely tasty, having been well-marinated over prolonged hours. Next, we went for a cheese overload peri peri chicken pizza. The pizza was huge, extremely cheesy, and spicy from the peri peri seasoning. It was really a delight to our Desi taste buds. For the mains, we wanted to have their very famous Dindigul biriani but it was sold out. So we settled for Hyderabadi Dum biriyani and I must admit that it's one of the best I have ever had. It was exquisite! Perfectly spiced with extremely well-seasoned chicken pieces! I loved every morsel of the biriyani! So were extremely full to have desserts. So, on the recommendation, we went for a light tender coconut Payasam. It was rightly sweet and very very delightful. Served chilled, I really enjoyed this dessert greatly. The service was fast and the people were extremely hospitable. We had a great time here. Cheers...
Read moreLevels is a kind of three storey pub and like the name suggests, the place only gets better as you keep climbing the levels ! Situated in JP Nagar, this pub will definitely make your head tilt when you pass by. Absolutely 10/10 for the ambiance and the mood this place sets.
Let's get right down to food. I'm a vegetarian and all the dishes we ordered were palatable. I absolutely loved the way the crispy corn was presented. The giant wheel was an absolutely bang for the buck pallette kind of starters. A bunch of starters are placed inside boxes and mounted on a Ferris wheel. The pizzas were amazing too. We got the cottage cheese pizza and it was loaded with paneer. Although the crust could have been slightly thicker. The Thai green curry with rice is my favourite appetizer and here at levels, it was cooled to perfection. A must try.
Coming to the spirit world, the long Island iced tea was an absolute disappointment. It's an extremely popular cocktail and what we got was just iced tea. Come on fellas, the poor drink could use some liquor ! On the other hand, craft beer was a very smooth brew and very flavourful. So I could overlook the LIIT.
The ordered a bunch of mocktails as well. They were amazing and felt refreshing. The service was not the quickest given that it was a busy Sunday afternoon but the staff were courteous, suggested us to pick the best food and drinks from the menu so kudos to you guys ! All in all, Levels is a place with amazing ambience, not so expensive food that tastes great and will take you one level higher each time you order a dish, each time you gulp...
