I visited the Lavelle Road outlet which had a huge,amazing & lovely ambiance with friendly staff Who were very cooperative and helpful they also maintained the cleanliness & hygiene of the place …. The place had a very calm vibe with free Wi-Fi which attracts the professional crowd , and also had a lot of books and games for children and adults. A very friendly environment for all age groups!!

Third wave’s flagship store at Lavelle Road, opened in 2022 as its 50th store, looks cosy and a bit compact. There are 2 levels, one open area at the ground, and other upstairs. They serve specially-curated Arabica coffee, range of milk and non-milk beverages, baked goodies and freshly prepared food, and also has a live roastery. This cafe makes you feel like you're sitting at a Cafe where they only paid attention to the interiors and nothing else. Lost and confused staff, impractical crockery, ice cold cappuccino and wi fi issues is what you can expect. I walk in and the staff cannot explain the difference between machiato and cappuccino. After multiple goof ups, I settled on cappuccino and got ice cold cappuccino in a cup that is bound to spill coffee. (See image). The space between the handle of the cup and the plate below is so little that one cannot lift the cup with a supporting finger below. I asked the staff something and they listened to me and then just walked off. Mindless expansion of cafes without proper hiring and training is bound to be a disaster! So...
