Ravi’s Rose Restaurant — Restaurant in Karnataka

I came here twice with my partner for the two nights we were here and also in the day for a light lunch. We loved it so much. This place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful temple view (especially at sunset). The food is delicious (would 100% recommend the malai kofta, it was amazing) and reasonably priced with lots of options of home cooked food and the host (apologies I do not know his name) is very attentive and always asks how you are and if you need anything. The chilled atmosphere is spot on and the music is so good as well. You could spend hours here. Definitely the best spot to come in...

This is the only restaurant in Hampi where you can get beer. The cost is 350 per can. Hence 1 extra star. It is right on Hampi Bazaar on the first floor, good ambience, there was no music though. The food was alright (We did not try Indian which probably would have been great as per other reviews). Could not meet Ravi as he was out that day, and I feel that if he was there our experience would have been much better. What a great vibe. But food was smothered in SALT. I specifically asked for no salt at all. Each dish that came out I said, "This is WAY too salty!" The next one way too salty. The owner blamed his employee, "I told him not to put salt." I asked him, "Well, did you taste it yourself?" He said no. The owner was too busy watching cricket on his phone.
