Here, you dont get authentic kerala food. Its a north indian hotel. Let me share my experience. We were just walking along the walk way near the beach. One of the staff was standing there to get customers. His name is 'michael'. He came and convinced us to buy fish saying that fish will be ready once you finish walking and reach hotel for lunch. As he said, we bought fish, finished walking and went to the hotel around 13.50. We ordered rice (didnt have kerala rice), dal and fish fry (bought earlier). Waited for 40 mins ( i have proof) still no food. We were hungry. So we cancelled everything and asked them to get the fish atleast. The waiter said "fish takes time to cook". We had to fight with her and finally fish was served (see the pic). Fry taste was horrible. I cook better than them. Those who came after us, they ordered from the menu, food had been served in 15 mins. P.S. i was fooled by all the reviews which says "the hotel is so good" and all. Food is very very delicious n awesome. The most important thing for a resturant. Super value for money. I had beef curry, second time it was grilled fish which was made to perfection, third time I had mango fish curry which was awesome n to die for. Gavin there explains which fish etc is suitable for which dish. Everyone is super friendly n hospitable. You can customize your dishes as per your own taste. Also get your own fish, crab etc cooked in case you buy one from a fish market. Super value for money. It's a small but very nice resturant. I am glad...

Services are not good but that was not the problem the food is the problem. We bought meals it is the most worst food I ever eat. Firstly the rice, it was not cooked well,it is hard to chew and eat. Next the fish curry, it is like a water with one small tail piece. Then the king fish fry the masalas are not in the fish.Finally the prawn fish curry its bad too and one more thing it takes a long time to serve the food.Please dont eat food from here.
