Why do our own people discriminate us in our hometown? We went here for dinner and was tossed around to three different dining areas inspite of telling them that we preferred the outdoor sea view area. They made us wait there(did not even offer a seat) for another good ten minutes and told us that a table was free but was not cleaned, so we'll have to sit inside. When asked if cleaning the table was not a solution to the problem, hesitantly they agreed and asked us to wait until it was prepared. In plain sight, there were three or more tables free. We thought we'll decide on what to order while we wait and asked for a menu and was given an exclusive seafood menu. Apparently, they don't serve anything else outdoor which was a little hard to believe. All of this happened right when the manager was standing there who seemed very condescending and unapolegetic. We decided to leave the property as we're not fond of seafood and were put off by the behaviour of the staff. The building is beautiful, the restaurant room is amazing, and the music is pleasant. The food is good, not execellent. All the rest was not worth the cost, reputation, and expectations. Full of mosquitos (inside the room although closed doors and windows). Very high air conditioning. Worst part of the dinner: they made a mistake with the bill, as they added a main course we never took. We noticed it after having paid, the staff was kind and refunded us soon but the manager (or someone “important”) did something unacceptable for such a place. He wanted to take a picture of the bill (after refund!) and also asked where we were staying. In case we were cheating?! Very embarassing and totally inappropriate behaviour. We would have expected to wait for them to check, refund, excuse for the (significant) mistake, and let us go. If you go to a 5 stars hotel this...

One of the insulting dining experience crafted for me.. i was hosting a party of 8 with our traveling guests from abroad..these jokers chose to serve food only to the travels on our table except for one!, not just ones, thrice ! For the staters, mains and drinks! Even when I am spending , is it too much to expect some food for be served in my plate!? After the first instance, I mentioned to the server of this ignorance , and a new guy came as replacement and repeated the same! As it was my clients, and also just because it would have been embarrassing to complain and beg for food, had to just starve out from a FINE dining place.. I wish they had some sense of...
