Raintree Multicuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

We visited Raintree multicuisine restaurant yesterday. Had to park car in side of road. Parking could be an issue and definitely not worth the trouble coz the food is below average. They serve alcohol. The restaurant has an open section and an AC section. We ordered fish fingers, Alleppey fish curry, kerala porotta, ginger chicken and seafood noodles. The fish fingers tasted like plastic. Alleppey fish curry was atrocious. They were decent enough to take it back and cancel the order. It was mahi mahi fish. Fish was not fresh and the curry was a total disaster. Most items in new menu was missing. So they gave the old menu which also didn't have some dishes. Over all i think if u just want to chill with a beer and keep very low expectations for food this could be a location for you. With rain in background it was good to sit in the restaurant. Hi, I went to the bar and restaurant of Raintree. The service was really bad I can say worst. We ordered 3 beers and side dishes. They gave us beers and side dishes they didnot give us for almost 45minutes. Then we checked with the waiter, he said kitchen is busy and his expression was in such away that he cannot Give us what we ordered. We were very hungry and this is what the service we got. Horrible experience it was. I told him we were hungry and you didn't give usour ordered food, he was like with no guilt gave us the expression. This is utter insult for us and we walked off. They had finger chips ready but didn't serve. I would suggest everyone not to visit this place, it is really a worst place I have ever been in Fort...

I wouldn't bother... horrendously rude staff!! Tried to get a waiters attention so I could order a drink. He grunted and turned round with a snarl, but upon realising I was a woman a smile swept across his face and he couldn't have been nicer. Or so I thought... when my bill arrived the waiter had over charged me! I refused to pay the amount, as I had specifically asked him the price of the beers beforehand! The waiter refused to accept his mistake and took several members of staff over to my table to try and get me to pay the amount he was trying to charge. The staff's attitude was terrible... it took me 20/30 minutes to get them to amend my bill and give me the correct change. Avoid...
