Nestled within a charming corner, Qissa Cafe emerges as a hidden gem for anyone in search of an aesthetically pleasing and heartwarming culinary experience. From the moment you step inside, the cafe's adorable ambiance embraces you, transporting you into a whimsical world of cozy charm. While the entire menu deserves praise, it's the Banoffee Pie that takes center stage, deserving accolades as the epitome of indulgence.

Qissa Cafe's Banoffee Pie is more than just a dessert; it's a decadent journey that ignites the senses and leaves an indelible mark on your taste buds. With its impeccable balance of velvety toffee, fresh bananas, and a crumbly crust, every bite unveils layers of rich flavors that dance harmoniously. The combination of textures and the play between sweet and slightly salty notes create an unparalleled symphony of delight. Without a doubt, this Banoffee Pie has earned the prestigious title of being the best ever tasted, a sentiment shared by many who have had the privilege of savoring its exquisite taste.

While the Banoffee Pie reigns supreme, the same level of excellence doesn't quite extend to all corners of the menu. The American Breakfast, though decent, falls into the realm of "just okay." It doesn't quite manage to match the stellar heights set by the pie. While the components of the breakfast fare hold their own, they lack the same transformative magic that elevates the Banoffee Pie into a league of its own.

In essence, Qissa Cafe is a charming haven that crafts experiences that linger in your memory. The quaint and delightful setting is perfect for indulging in moments of solitude or sharing laughter with friends. The Banoffee Pie is, undoubtedly, the shining star that earns this cafe a spot in your heart and cravings. While the American Breakfast may not quite mirror the same enchantment, it doesn't overshadow the overall enchanting atmosphere and the truly exceptional Banoffee Pie. A visit to Qissa Cafe promises an escape into a world where aesthetics and flavors intertwine to create moments of...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Qissa Cafe in Kochi, and it proved to be a delightful brunch experience. The cozy and inviting ambiance, combined with the scrumptious food and excellent service, made my visit truly memorable.

First and foremost, I must commend the French toast at Qissa Cafe. It was a heavenly treat that exceeded my expectations. The toast was perfectly cooked, with a golden-brown exterior that had a delightful crunch. The inside was soft and fluffy, and the addition of cinnamon added a lovely aromatic touch. Topped with a generous drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar, it was an absolute delight for my taste buds.

The fruit punch at Qissa Cafe deserves a special mention as well. It was incredibly refreshing, packed with a medley of fruity flavors. Served chilled, the punch was a perfect accompaniment to the delicious French toast. It was a vibrant and invigorating blend that left me feeling revitalized.

The staff at Qissa Cafe was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. They provided prompt service, ensuring that I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The cafe's cozy atmosphere and rustic decor added to the overall charm, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy a leisurely brunch.

In terms of location, Qissa Cafe is conveniently situated in Kochi, making it easily accessible for both locals and tourists. Whether you're seeking a satisfying breakfast or a quick bite, this cafe is worth a visit.

Overall, I highly recommend Qissa Cafe for anyone looking to indulge in a delectable brunch. The French toast and fruit punch were truly exceptional, and the warm and inviting ambiance only enhanced the dining experience. Qissa Cafe is definitely a hidden gem in Kochi, and I cannot wait to return for more delightful culinary adventures.

I am a breast feeding mother who went out after a long time to Fort Kochi for an outing. However my excitement was short lived when we found out that there was not a single decent place which is baby- friendly, in terms of low music ( which I understand , Fort Kochi being a tourist place attracting young crowd) also no high chair for my baby to sit. Thankfully we brought his rocker which we had to keep in table and eat. Food was average, only 1-2 options for veg. I asked for a breast feeding room , which they didn’t have , ofcourse, and neither the adjacent hotel ( attached to qissa cafe) had. They showed me a toilet (for real) which was supposed to be wheel-chair friendly. It was in such a horrible state. Flies roaming in and the smell was gut-wrenching. I wonder how people on wheelchair would roam around in Fort Kochi (nothing is wheelchair accessible) and god forbid if they need need to use a restroom, how will they manage. I am a Disability / Diversity and Inclusion leader by profession and was in so much pain after seeing the state of such places. I am using this platform to share my concern. Please make your cafe/ restaurants differently abled- friendly and keep in mind countless breast feeding mothers who are afraid to step out of the house due to lack of breast feeding...

We were fooled by the hype around this place (or maybe the chef had a bad day). Most disappointing of the lot was the cold coffee, we have never had such a bad experience with coffee before. It was just too much water and too little milk. Absolutely did not feel like something a professional place would serve. We ordered "cheese" fries and that again was a major disappointment. There was very little cheese and that too felt like Amul packet cheese (nothing wrong with Amul cheese, just that you expect better from a place of such hype). And they just gave ketchup with it. From presentation to taste it was such a huge disappointment. This was followed by pesto chicken wings, which had a very unique taste to it. You should try it if you haven't before. Same goes for the BBQ Beef wrap. Nutella banana sandwich is a ripoff, don't even bother ordering it. Finally the chicken steak, the steak itself was okay, nothing to write home about. The sauce was bland which I suppose is them catering to the taste buds of westerns who seem to flock there. The highlight for us was the worm we found in the Broccoli provided (now this could have been an oversight because Broccoli's are known to have worms in them) overall it was such a disappointing experience for us today.
